Also I love how Hermes acts like those overly affectionate grandpa messing with their grandkids too just a hint when telling him about what Circe can do to him. While showing Ody needs all the help he can get, might be my favorite honestly as I loved the way the scrolls showed it while also having Circe face shadowed to keep the foreboding mystery of her~

Ngl, I got offended on behalf of Ody when Hermes stole Polites' headband, but then again that is also very on-brand for Hermes. I love the juxtaposition of the scroll visuals of the threat Circe poses against the complete goofiness of Hermes, eating food while telling Ody he could very literally be Circe's lunch, trying to kiss him when saying she could make him fall in love (also love that his scarf, her hair AND Polites' headband make a heart shape at that), the cat-sized chimera in his hand shoved at Ody while he's video-game style dead on the scroll. I also love the choice that you had Hermes pluck the moly there on Aeaea to give Ody. Also also love that everything post moly eating comes off as Hermes playing with him like he's a scruffy cat he picked up somewhere which he's able to get away with because Ody's tripping on moly lol
I ADORE how you depict him and gave him his helmet and the general vibe of his look is so perfect ;__; His body language and the antics he gets up to are lovely in this and I'm SO HAPPY. Rewatches it over and over
