The number one thing is to start finding users before you launch. Always go for the lowest hanging fruit in early stages, like contacts you already have, communities you're in, etc.
great content as usual although i have a q, why did the big fortune 100 company purchase bobs app in the first place just to rebuild it? Why didn’t they just build it instead of buying it then rebuilding it?
My assumption was that they'd rebuild, though I can't say for sure. I would imagine purchasing would be a better investment than doing all the "figuring things out" on their own.
