Thank you both for this wonderful lesson! I love that you reminded us of C.S. Lewis’s idea that God’s commandments are blueprints for becoming more like God.

Invite Justin to teach with you each week. Your teaching techniques complement each other. Thank you for sharing your powerful insights of these chapters in the Book of Mormons. ❤

I hope to listen to this discussion many times during the next week. I need-want-it to sink deep into my whole being. Thank you both. It also takes me back to a Sunday School class maybe 50 years ago when we were counseled to ask ourselves not “ Is it okay?” But rather “Is it valiant!”

      What a lovely comment.
It shows the "right" attitude, as well.

I heard a saying many years ago about effort and it went " all you can do is all you can do but all you can do is enough"

I’ve been listening to scripture central for as many years as it has been a “thing” and have loved all of the content, but today this has inspired me to become something more. I want to listen over and over and apply what is here. Thank you both.

This gets pretty deep for those of us who like the meat of the gospel, but you make it so clear and easy to understand.

Hello, on my iPad I just tapped the “CC” feature button and it shows closed caption very nicely. I am not sure what type of device you are using but it is working well on mine. But of luck.

    Firstly, thank you.
I have been enjoying your work for years and learned very many new ideas.
Secondly, I wonder whether Moroni did not have to be alone for all those years.
Out of many millions of people, over a thousand years, more including the Jaredites, there are only two women who acted and were named.
I would say the writers wrote only about their own men.
