Hi, may i know how does the licensing of ITAM works? If i were to subscribe ITAM for their HAM or SAM applications, how many users accounts am i entitled to access those said applications?
I have no idea what I'm looking at or supposed to be looking at. Jumping through screens to mobile to browser tabs etc. with little or no context or being able to piece it together. All over the place with the mouse constantly moving over area not being discussed and jumping around through several tabs with no explanation = very distracting and frustrating
I would recommend you to do the on demand certified System Admin training prior (if you have not done it already). That should make the screens much more clearer. I think this video is more for advanced audience, that have at least a little experience in the platform or the ITSM capability
Poor Mike really didn't know what he was talking about. I think part of the challenge is being unfamiliar with the practice of ITAM. He's unusually honest, though, in stating that customers should assume they need to open their wallets and pay for Pro content.
