how come theres not many reviews for this product?? also how long does hair product last for, does it expire at all? And do you have any videos on under eye bag products?
Most hair products have a generic expiration date of 1-2 years - usually there is a little icon of a jar with a number and "M" (months) printed on the labeling. In most cases though that just means it will be at its peak performance until then. After that point, it just might lose some effectiveness. Not necessarily "go bad." I have a couple skincare vids - I def recommend Kiehl's products and especially their vitamin C undereye serum!
Really wish you had shown the straight pre-style results. I've basically had to stop doing post stylers cause the minute I add anything to my dry hair (even using the tiniest amount) I instantly lose 50% volume, and my waves really start coming back. But that's just the way my hair is, fml😂🍻
Well I mean, pre-styling with this yields the same final results in terms of matte finish/texture/hold, so visually it would look the same. Hope this helps!
It's gonna have a slight stickiness if you're applying to dry hair, though maybe you emulsified it too much in the hands. Only need to spread it between the fingers for a couple of seconds before applying - longer than that and you can start to dry it, which would bump the stickiness.
On one of your other videos you mentioned the Salon Guy 25 product... I have pretty thick hair and was looking for a prestyler, would you opt for this one instead?
They work really well together actually. 25 gives you smoothing, detangling, frizz control etc. and is a great base. Then you can put a little power cream over it before blow drying.
Hey matt, how do you compare it to created extreme hold matte paste? I have fine hair and trying to choose between these two for an undercut (medium - long). Thanks 🙏
It's really not. You'd be very hard-pressed to find any salon or homebrew quality product in an 8oz container for less than $25. And even if you used this daily, it would probably last you 6 months.

It’s performs the opposite way in that it’s not designed to be a blow dry cream. It has triple the hold and is more a post styler or leave in.

Does this work good when you use sea salt spray as a pre styler?

Power Cream is really targeted towards folks with thick/coarse hair, so I think you would have better results with the matte paste.
