First if he is over 11-12 months old, get him fixed. There's no need for an intact dog unless you are a breeder. It will take 30-60 days for the hormones to level out after the neutering. Next, if he's an adult or close to it, I would put a shock collar on him. That's really the only way to stop this. Invirox makes a good inexpensive unit. You can get it on Amazon. Try to feed him far away from the goats but in the same pasture also.
@@Alltheglory-gg1oe Hotwire is the best for that. Make sure it's the hottest you can buy and use at least two 8ft ground rods spaced 10 ft apart to get a good ground. I would add a yoke on him if he's digging or going through it also. If going over and your pasture is clear of brush, a tire drag works well. They still climb over, but can't go anywhere for "fun things".
