I was there. I came with such a heavy heart, burdened with guilt and self-hating. This song just melted everything away. Thank you New Creation Church... all the volunteers, ministers, you ushered one hurt and lost lamb that day. You brought me closer to Him.
Lord, We entrust our sister and her struggles into your loving hands, knowing that you are the ultimate healer and redeemer. We believe that through your grace, she will find peace and joy in her heart once again. Amen

Well there's no reason for not to also. But one thing for sure, there's a reason why most concerts are using this dark setting. They're building the atmosphere, the emotions for the songs. It's a physcological thing. When U kiss someone deeply, U automatically close your eyes, when U try to remember one beautiful moment in yr life, U also close yr eyes. Why is that? Bcoz in darkness, u sense things deeper. That's how people get their emotions drowned in concerts with this kind of ambience. And for me, the church today is just using the same method to bring the best experience of worship for the congregations. If U like worshipping in bright places well go ahead. But dont judge others who dont. Me personally, I love worshipping God with my lights turned off and my star projectors turned on. Because my feelings got turned on in it. Love the Lord yr God with all yr heart mind soul... With all. And thats how we do it. Its not a matter of how U do it. God doesnt care whether U're on the field under the bright sun or in dark prison like Paul. He only sees yr heart.

The worship nowadays is like a concert. I don't understand why God's people should worship in the darkness like secular concerts. In the 90s, the worship songs by Hosanna Integrity were powerful and we worshipped in bright churches unlike now. The worship songs now are always about "me" whereas the 90s songs were songs literally were from the Word of God. Christians are nowadays only Sunday Christians and don't worship God on a daily basis. The standard has dropped.
