Building industry (shameful) Head contractors have been allowed to treat their contractors like slaves...disregard for safety and dignity, if they could suck the blood out of their contractors they would, their highly paid lawyers finding loop holes in contracts not to pay sub-contractors.
We've been in the business for over 20years and never seen it this bad. My advice is to get a construction lawyer to read contracts before you start work. www.activelaw.com.au
