Hi. I tried the first step and instead of the three options I got a black bar pop up from the bottom of my phone that said “we sent a message to get back into your account. Then at the top of my phone I got a code the says Instagram with codes and then says Don’t share it. Is that legit? Not sure. Also I don’t have a Facebook account.
