Interesting that the restreins seem to block their powers, but not completely, since William's hands were still flickering with power, even after the restreins were put on. Wonder if the same aplies to the rest of the Aftons + Henry, Cassidy, or maybe just William and maybe Chris (Since he seems to be closest to William's power level.)
