Thank you ! Yeah I like it too... this was actually the first galaxy pour Ive ever done 😅 it cracked a little in the center because there was so much paint but I really enjoy looking at this one often. It’s hanging in my hallway 💗
Looks great, and there is so much potential with the background. Would love to see something like a gold double swipe behind a black and white pendulum, just adding layers of detail. You could really elaborate on this idea. I am inspired to give this a go though once I find the time and space
A gold double swipe ? Can you share me a video like that ? 🙂 I’ve only done a few swipes 😅 It takes time and space to setup then the actual pendulum swing will last 5-10 minutes lol it goes by so fast
I love how you did the words before you spread out the paint it made me smile! This piece turned out so beautiful!! Thank you for sharing!! Have a blessed day!!
Haha thank you Mackenzie !! Yeah I was thinking since I’m not very good at the actual painting part I’d throw in something a little extra 🤪 I hope you have a great day as well ! Thank you so much for watching! 🥰
You are SO creative - this turned out just beautiful Chelsea!! Olga is an excellent teacher - I'm sure when she sees this she will be super proud and supportive! It's lovely, and I think the overlay of the pendulum pour on top of the Galaxy is SUCH eye candy!!! I can't stop staring at it!!! Winner Winner!!!!!!
Olga's channel is amazing and has been such a huge inspiration to me as a beginner. I also want to try this funnel galaxy technique as most of my art is astronomy inspired! I love the pendulum on top - great result
Mary McIntyre FRAS YESSS 🙌🏼🙌🏼 She is someone I watch on a regular basis since I started pouring! My art is still far from hers but hopefully one day I’ll be that good ! Lol!
Try this with a very thin 10m-rope and a heavy 20kg paint bucket with only 3-5mm paint whole. ;) this looks so absolutely great like a high definition pendulum elipse (don't forget to post this, if you do this) btw great videoclip! :)
Very cool! Did you use any medium with your paint? The paint is far less viscous than the acrylic paint that I use. Your paint flows much more. Thanks.
Hi , have only just found pendulum painting and know I’m going to be addicted to it and your videos are fantastic, but can I please ask, .....your paint that you use in the cup, is that just straight acrylic paint or mixed with something else to make it more fluid. Thanks in advance Chelsea

This is beautiful. I really like the added galaxy pour in the middle.

You are totally up there with the best in my opinion!
That’s fantastic! What size hole did you use in the cup? Which medium did you use for the pendulum paint, and at what ratio? Thanks for the video!

Awesome! Great look! You can learn a lot from Olga at SAM. She’s always doing experiments.
I know ! I absolutely love her work ! #GOALS !!!!
Oh and thank you ! 😅🤪 what should I try next ?! 😍😍
I like your art very much. By the way who is Olga´s chanel. I am curious to look at her art.
Pauline Fortier thank you ! I listed the link to her channel in the description:) she is someone whom I’ve watched since the beginning
What is the cup holder you use to hold the cup? I LOVE this technique!! Thanks for sharing!
It’s just a regular plastic cup with holes drilled at the top and tied to fishing line with fishing weights taped around it 😂
What about a little bit of fine iridescent glitter over the galaxy before doing the pendulum on top?
I do have one pendulum that I put a little bit of glitter on. I’m sure I’ll use more in the near future 😁🎨
Do you change the direction of the cup direction at all yourself or does it change by itself
No , it changes by itself
Hi my paintings keep getting holes as the paint dries can you offer some advice..thanx

Helen Erceg hi there ! Okay so my house paint I use is straight from the can and not mixed with anything :)
