15:15 We need a couple new QB stats, SWE. Sack Worthy Escapes and CWI, Catch Worthy Interceptions ! We need to have aome context to just how good our o line and how many real Interceptions Lamar's thrown this year.
The Brett Hollerman video is great. One thing about that game that always gets to me.. right before that interception, the Ravens had a good punt return called back due to a holding call… The ball would’ve been near the Ravens 45, and the Ravens would’ve only needed 25-30 yards to get into FG range… I can remember being extremely upset and had a gut feeling that that holding call~ which drastically changed field position, would be a tipping point. Brett didn’t mention that. When the documentary resumed it showed the Ravens backed up deep in their own territory… I struggle to remember the receivers name, the guy who had the holding call, and if memory serves me, it was an egregious mistake, as he wasn’t near the play, and could’ve just let the defender go… I just KNEW that everything would be different, the play calling and everything would’ve been different, had that penalty not happened… While as a former player we were coached to not let penalties impact our play on the field. However, I do understand that penalties can change momentum, and especially late in games when they can change field position… I believe this will be the first time the Ravens play at home against the Steelers in the playoffs.
I agree with you that Lamar makes the offensive line look better because of his escapability. We struggle against even moderately good defensive fronts, but they have gotten better with guarding their matchups. I would have loved to see Marlo get All-Pro as well because he had a hell of a year. Somewhat understand them going elsewhere with it though.
Ravens O-line has been battle tested this season Chris J Max C Micah P Philly D-line Denver D-line Texans D-line Chargers D-line Twice a year vs Myles G TJ Tre H That’s one heck of a gotlett for any first year together unit
all the o-line haters need to step back and look at the offensive stats. it’s the bottom line that matters, and even if the o line play has some flaws, the bottom line is that it has enabled good passing time and good running. lamar’s mobility might hide some pass protection flaws for sure, but what’s wrong with that? salary cap requires smart efficient team design. if your qb allows for a less talented but satisfactory o-line, that opens spending at other positions. experiments like faalele and rookies are strategic
If we had basic level rught play we would be superbowl favorites! Oline has been ok, but if we had starting level Gaurd play. Our offense would be beyond unstoppable.
It’s not even hating. It’s an honest assessment of our eyes see. Faalele getting blown up many times and missing blocks that have forced the OC to make schematic changes.
@@jamesstrom6991to be clear; I like our offensive line. Not sure about Ronnie for next year, but if the numbers work Im game. I like Vorhees and his future. I love linderbaum and think he will get a contract. And I get excited to think about Rosengarten’s future with us. That said, there is a strong consensus amongst Baltimore channels, who have evaluated and proven through film, that he does not provide a steadying answer at RG. It seems he’s made some improvement, but often times he gets cross faced so quickly, it’s not promoting a sense of confidence he will protect Lamar sufficiently for the entirety of the line to perform its best. And look where Derrick Henry often times chooses not to run.
Coach, I will say this just as a casual observation, the Ravens offensive line has struggled against Cleveland’s and Pittsburgh defensive front for the past three seasons… fortunately we have Lamar ~ who makes the offensive line “better” much like other great Quarterbacks have done. He’s done it in a different way, but his play does make the offense work… and the lineman “look” better. I’ll also say looking at those 1st team defensive linemen, the Ravens offensive line has had to play against those guys ~ ALOT
Facts other teams are not facing Tre TJ Myles Twice a year plus Max C Chris J Micah P And Denver’s d-line And Texans d-line That was a heavy load for any O-line in their first season together as a unit
Thank you, Coach. I appreciate this one for real!!!!! Zach deserves all of his flowers not now but *RET NOW!*

Shout out to ORR!!! I'm glad things turned around. I wanted him to succeed cause as fans, our patience was being tested early in the season.
Win, Win, Win. Go, Ravens!
Our O-Line is top 10, not 10? I believe it… Because it’s graded on the Lamar and Henry CURVE.
Sometimes you gotta BYOB. Bring Your Own Block.

@@williamkang1481 fair nough. i seen stanley blow blocks, and linderbaum too. the question is the fail/loss rate.

O-line is probably closer to 15th,but Lamar is good for a 6 spot jump. Hopefully that's enough.

hate seeing j chase tear us up, but damn he’s a rare talent. lamar us a running but top back passer? jamar is a running back premiere receiver
Lamar and henry booat the offensive line exponentially.
No other teams want to swoop in and scoop up HARBUM? 🤔🤷🏾♂️
If the Offensive Line is ranked 9th with Freaky L at QB, then their true ranking is probably around 20th!
