My ZT0350 was recently stolen from my car and returned by scenes of crime Police after being fingerprinted, this video was a god send to break it down, clean it, and put it back together. Cheers BeardGuy EDC!
Awesome content! I've put off buying the ZT350 for years, just didn't like the liner lock. Was more into Spydercos compression lock and Benchmade axis lock. Just bought a ZT350 last month and love it. Like all tools and knives, with proper maintenance it will last for years. Thanks for sharing brother!
l put drop of oil under each Axis lock omega spring. lt makes a difference. Hows the ZT action without the spring installed? A friend tried to de-assist a Kershaw Leek, but the knife needs the spring to function safely.
The ZT functions just like any other manual Flipper! Super safe and easy to do. But personally I prefer the assisted action, much more satisfying lol. I also use a dab of oil on the omega springs of my bugout! Works wonders

Glad I could help, sorry I haven't been active! Life gets crazy

My favorite bearded TH-camr
Thanks bro
Did they change the design? Mine is missing the large brass washer and I swear it wasn't in there when I installed my VZ Grips Stipple Scales

I took mine apart and after putting it back together it doesnt open very well.
Any tips?
Take it apart again, and follow the steps in this video - I just did it tonight and it's as slick as it ever was if not better.
Try tightening the pivot down full tight. Then backing it off a hair at a time until it's smooth with 0 blade play!
