- Don't fry the aubergines! The tastiest baked stuffed aubergines I've ever eaten! 🤤
✔INGREDIENTS:
2 medium aubergines 600-700g
Water + salt
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Sweet paprika and garlic powder

Chicken breast 500g
Salt and pepper
Dried oregano
Sweet paprika
🔹
Olive oil
1 red onion
1 clove of garlic
Tomato puree 400g
Parsley
🔹
Mozzarella cheese
1st cooking: Bake at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 25-30 minutes
2nd cooking: Put back in the oven at 180°C for approximately 15-20 minutes.
