Lemon Blueberry Muffins with a Crunchy Sugar Topping

Today we are making my new Summer obsession- Lemon Blueberry Muffins! I've made them 3 times already, and probably will again. They are so light and tender, full of juicy tart blueberries, zesty lemon, drizzled with butter, and topped with the crunchiest sugar zest mixture.

Hey. Just made these. Look delicious. But realized on the typed out recipe you never say to add the sugar to the bowl of ingredients. Just wanted you to know. Not a huge deal, but may throw some people off. Thanks woman. Great recipe
