Both Cetinje and Bar were in Montenegro during the time, and Cetinje was the Capital, not Podgorica. Also Metohija (Peć) was a part of Montenegro, not Serbia. Serbia did not have Višegrad, it was in Austria-Hungary. Please fix those mistakes. Edit: Cetinje is in the Budva province.

The events are pretty cool and detailed But the options are kinda lame, maybe making some more detailed options and their tittles a bit more serious?
