Good Evening George, What ever are you doing driving around with all that technology to make life easier,Ha Ha Ha, No it’s good to see it you have quite a dig of 💩 to move and it’s nice to see you out on the fields again, Well George you take care of yourself and stay safe.🚜🚜⭐️👍
Helped my neighbour last year drilling barley, 12 meter drill ( a Root Boot an Australian made drill) on a NH T8 410. half track, huge outfit. The least time I drilled barley was back at college on the ford 8700, and a MF 30 four meter drill. the auto steer is essential for broad acre farming, and intuitive to use.
Hi George Great channel enjoy the gags we all get a twisted tounge from time to time I had a primitive system in the 00's and paid for it in one season just on nitrogen savings. Everyone is doubtful of progress until it is proven and now all the manufacturers offer it as a standard feature says it's here long term.
Great to see you getting out on the field George, still bloody soaking with heavy showers here. Saying that I have seen a couple of ploughs going last week, dry in some spots…..just not here 😂
Great Video George, the old JCB does the Job, initially i thought you might use the T7 or the TW25, but the JCB seems very suited to the job, thanks for sharing
Hello George if anyone says they don’t make a mistake they are lieing she looks good on the tanker and I agree u don’t wanna be going over the same bit twice and putting to much will just burn it off and like u say it’s more precise with the gps look forward to the next video keep up the good work 👍👍
Great vid George fastrac sounds tidy as ever, saw some sun this morning hoping for the best, by tea time garden was a swamp think my hopes of getting out on the slurry Saturday are drying up unlike the ground😂
Good to see you getting out an getting some field work done George 🤔 up here 🏴 things been looking good sunshine first thing in the morning then the bloody rain ☔ starts again an it's damned heavy showers 😕 hope the weather gods are with you 👍
The fast track purr. You seem to have a lot of squashed silage bales and a lot of silage in bales. Would you ever think of building silage clamp. You like your tech ,did you ever think of mounting a camera on the back of the tanker to keep a look out on the maserator and dribble bar.
Hi George, After 50 years of driving tractors, My thoughts on Guidence where Exactly the same as yours till a few years when we had a new Amazone Sprayer with all section control etc so a Trimble Guidence System was fitted to my New Holland T5 to run the Sprayer. Now I won't drive without it 😁 even it if its only a 2 acre horse paddock 🤔
Yes it certainly is George, once all set and going well gives you chance to catch with social media and watch some ole bloke with a Fastrac on TH-cam 🤔
Love seeing the old fastrac and tw working in the fields and you cannot go wrong with a GPS system in a tractor makes a job 1000 times easier and means jobs like cabridrdhebrolling ect you can pay more attention for stones or make sure whatever implement your working is doing a good job
Morning George, hope you’re well? I was one of the people to criticise you for using the steering on hedge cutting and I still don’t agree with it, but I think you’re right using it for work like applying slurry it a drivers aid not a must have! And don’t worry about cocking up as everyone does but not everyone admits it. Cheers stu.
Roughly, how many days of slurry does the vac tanker transport George ? I’ve only used a vac tanker for spraying water in a land fill to keep the dust down on the roads & the issue with my tanker was the top hatch gasket seal kept getting sucked in so I was losing vacuum.
When does the slurry ban kick in over with you George? Just goes to show that when you are talking on the phone or a device it is a distraction. At least you didn’t edit it out.
That's all very hi-tec compared to when I used to go muckspreading...a front-end loader,a Rotospreader and a big pile of SH1T and off I went...I think you got too many toys!!😂😂
Another vid George!?! Can’t you sleep at night 🤪😁. I took the roller out yesterday as the field could just about travel but gave up 1/3 of the way through😩. Even cancelled some caravans for the site as it’s stupid wet… lost more money from it 🤦♂
Im with you on the gps and stuff. But with doin only 4 tons of fertilizer and mowing about 20hectares a year it's probably still too pricy though. And even in workload it saves only a bit. But i sure see it's potential 😊
I user to plat Farming Simulaor 17 without GPS . Back then you had to get a MOD . I don't need a mod. But you could do all sorts with it like having another worker. Probably not the same in real life but same thinking from me back before I tried it.
Nice neat job with the auto steer but not a fan of all the app bollocks to work the dribble bar cant help thinking or keeping a simple operation simple like working a few spool valves as when the machines get a bit older we all know whats going to f up when we are under pressure .the electrics .with all the shit and moisture getting into it
@@GeorgeSaunders Very true George! But there is some difference between buying a product from a Chinese company rather than a UK or US product that might have some manufacturing in Asia but have full control of the design and manufacturing processes.

The Fastrac is sounding sweet , great slurry video.
Well done George 👍 🔧 🚜
Nice to see the old fast track doing some field work. It must be a relief to be able to get out on the land and get some work done.

Morning Stuart, fair do's, we all do things differently 👍 it's a good job the camera isn't running all the time for the cock ups🙈

Probably gets used a month a year👍
The grass looks unusual george, is it mainly clover?
ATB
Dave
Ahhh so you was the one making a smell when I was sitting down for tea !! Ok im down in Kent but I need to blame someone 😂😂😂😂 Another great video
It does pong well!!
When does the slurry ban kick in over with you George? Just goes to show that when you are talking on the phone or a device it is a distraction. At least you didn’t edit it out.
My old dad used to say if you have got 4 wheel use it all the time you are in the field it will save you fuel
Nice one George, 👌
The tucked in draw bar, is it better for high speed towing??
It possibly does help that it's inline with the axle 👍
Good video mate
Hi George do you keep your HGV up to date
No, I'd need to redo my CPC to get back on the road 👍
Question, can you use a lazy arm to fill from an above ground tank? Like without having to get out and open a valve?
I don't see why not if you can get near enough 👍
That's all very hi-tec compared to when I used to go muckspreading...a front-end loader,a Rotospreader and a big pile of SH1T and off I went...I think you got too many toys!!😂😂
Doesn't rainwater fill the slurry tanks or how does that work?

should put the straight pipe back on
Cold shit and warm. You like that like bailing ❤
you tease, i demand the full video of the run to the field, thats music!!
😂😂😂
Good luck with all the jobs on the farm ahead 👍👍👍
The slurry tank is little over 11k liters capacity?
3000 gallons, 13,638 litres
Come on George if you were a professional tractor driver you wouldn’t need all that modern mumbo jumbo, you would do it all by eye 😂😂😂
I should get a couple of watering cans and fill them with slurry, maybe that'll keep the nobs happy 🤦♂️
@@GeorgeSaunders carrier bags with holes in the bottom

You're right, the first thing to give up is normally the electronics, it is handy to know exactly how much we've applied to a field though 👍
GEORGE . Its not a cock up its life. Nice to real life. Show how farming is .
We can all make mistakes the man who says he doesn't is a lier

I'm all for tech. It's useful and there's no reason not to use it. Just don't buy Chinese tech. Ever. Never

No George, it's not efficiency, easier, you are teaching the AI to take over ~ it's really as simple as that.
