Struck out on the 30th Anniversary Pro (just like most of us) and ended up getting the 'regular' Pro about 2 hours later after having to first get back in line when I could not add to cart the first time around. Expected the 30th Anniversary Pro to be a long long shot but if anything i think with scalpers focussing on the Anniversary edition getting the regular Pro worked out well.
Here in Toronto Canada a week later the ps5 pro is still available for PREORDER in every store like Walmart, Best Buy, Gamestop & Amazon Canada. No one is really buying them.
The pro was easy to get, so was the anniversary dual sense controller, it was the anniversary bundle and anniversary dual sense edge controller that were hard to get
The experience made me sour. I'll wait until PS6 unless a nice bunlde comes along. What I was really looking to was the portal, but by the time i got in the site wouldn't let me add to cart. It eventually took me back to the queue for 20 mins but by then everything was gone. I still have my Spiderman plates so I'll count my blessings.
I got the pro and 2 anniversary controllers. If I have to use ps direct again I’m going to do it on multiple browsers next time as the queue seemed to get started on some sessions sooner than others
I actually want a Ps5 Pro tbh, but I already have a Ps5. I might wait for the Ps6 Pro, it'll be a long ride but hopefully worth it. Anyways, congratulations!
Nice video! I got lucky and was in within 10 to 15 mins, and for some reason, on my phone, i couldn't add anything off the site! I tried to get the pro 30th , but nothing would go into my cart ! I backed out thinking I'd get right back in, and i had to wait in line again for 45 mins. Thank god, i had my comp in line , so i waited 8 mins and got back in, and the 30th pro was gone! So i just got the reg pro 30, im happy enough! But I was disappointed with how this whole thing went down! I feel like a lot of people had issues, and it looks like the scalpers win again!

More stock available, it's been a cake walk to buy a PS5 pro, I got one earlier, still stock at 11.22pm on the pre order day on the UK Sony website... No stock shortage.... Other than for the 30th anniversary edition... Scalpers ain't getting rich from the regular PS5 pro.... IMHO, check stock tomorrow, if there is still some availability... Then hmmm
I was lucky enough to get slim, duelsense edge, portal and regular controller and even got to wait again in queue and double dip on portal, regular controller and duelsense edge 😀
Gratz, I had < 1 min to wait after the queue dropped. Went in pretty quickly and just nabbed the Slim. I don't have 900+ bucks to spend and I didn't feel it was worth buying the Pro considering I have a high end PC. Happy to have grabbed the 30th Aniv Slim :))
With regards to the 30th anniversary prices on ebay.... Just apply one of the oldest phrases in the book...... Any idiot can put a high price on something...... But...... But.... But... That's right.... It does not mean it will sell.
Yup, I managed to secure a pro too. Was pretty painless. Had the wait as we all did, but got into the store, clicked and email confirmation received. Let’s just hope the couriers aren’t monkeys and throw the boxes around (yodel!)

Yea, I like being able to pick my electronics up from the store cause I have seen enough youtube videos of couriers throwing packages and not being careful! But I have faith that I'll get my pro intact! I actually see the pro is still for sale on ps direct. I was afraid it was going to sell out😅

Those of us got our order in 2day. Possibly day after. Or earlier so we can celebrate 🥳 Launch day along with those lucky lot
I got the reg pro and the 30th edition dualsense which is all i wanted anyway. I want the PlayStation to be almost invisible in my setup but OMG i wanted one of those controllers they are sick. It is all i want to see and touch anyway. Perfect.
It’s still available to order over 24hrs later, they either made millions of them or it just isn’t on demand.

Naw, the edge controller was really easy to get. It was the ps 30th pro edition that was ridiculously hard to get.
