What I really like about Coach Adrian is he's very on point. Every word he says is just unbelievably amazing!.. I mean, whenever I listen to him, it seems like he feels how I exactly feel. I hurt him for the second chance bcz I feared to open up to him due to personal issues and now he says he needs to know his purpose and be in a place wea he can have healthy relationships.... So he told me to first discover myself and even though it was hurting I have done just wat he wants..... I have given him the time he wants

Thank you love advice for the motivation. My partner had left me after 4 years of not loving her the way I know I could have and should have. I drank and did drugs. Was insecure and often verbally abusive. We had split up a few times before but as of our last break up I know she meant it and means it. Im currently almost 2 weeks sober. Got a new job. Started meditation! Got more in touch with my faith and God. I was an angry person self loathing in guilt because I knew I was being a terrible person for so long without punishment. My day had come and it the first week was by far the worst time of my entire life and I took every last bit of it and learned from my mistakes. I can never take back the years of neglect and I dont think I will ever have a chance with her again but I learned to do a 180 of my life and I can see clearly for the first time in over 10 years. Once they lose feelings, it’s over. Whatever you do though, don’t allow them to put you in the friends one because that will just make it much much worse.

My husband told me I’ve been a burden for 22 years of our marriage. I had a mental breakdown. He’s now my ex. I’m still destroyed. I have trouble understanding what happened to us. This is what she told me when she left: I need you to know that reason this ended is cuz I don’t love you like that anymore. If I stayed I would have needed force my self to love you the way you want me too. I wouldn’t have been happy. Which that would have made unhappy seeing me like this and acting different towards you. You need to understand there wasn’t a I would try and make it work because I didn’t want to do that anymore I just wanted it to be over. And all this hurt me seeing you hurt and unhappy because I could no longer be what you needed. I’m sorry but this is the simple truth. And nothing you would have changed or do differently would have had changed my decision because it was too late already. I’m sorry. Hi. Why would my ex bf lie and say he never liked me in the first place yet he communicated with me everyday and invested time and money in to it... Ive been in no contact for about a month now, with prior stents of it and reach outs from my ex. okay, i need an opinion. So my ex lost feelings for me and directly after the breakup went in to no contact, i went into no contact and three week in she sent me a whatsapp asking me how i am doing, we chatted and it seemed like her life was falling apart, where i told her only about the great weekend i had and a bunch of things she asked me...so i gave her a call about a week later and i tried to reestablish contact and i gave into my feelings and told her i miss her where she replied and said that she doesn't really miss me but she has her moments and i asked her if we could meet up where she replied yes, but she wont be able to do it in her exam time, because she is going to study from the beginning till the end of the exam and won't be able to see anyone, we talked for a week and i texted her sometimes an hour or two later where she then replied instantly, but the conversations where not bitter, but there was no excitement and she was kind of a cold texter. We talked for the week and she said she couldn't see me because of her exams, so i texted her to ask how her exam went on the Friday and didn't get a text back so i ignored it, then at about six pm she posted a story on her whatsapp status of her in another guys car and posted only where she knows i would see, because she knows i muted her instagram stories. I got fed up and deleted her number i got to meet new people and posted a lot on my social media saying happy birthday to a bunch of girls that i got to know, i got tagged in a bunch of other girls photos and then after a 2 week period she whatsapps me asking me if when my exams end and that she really wants to catch up if i am still up for it...almost begging me to come so we have set a date only if it was fine with me, but i asked her if we can talk about the place and time after next week Wednesday because i have a big exam week coming up, where she then replied with that "we will talk then closer to the time(wink face) and that it was nice to hear from me again", where i just replied with "okay, its fine talk to you soon." is this a good sign or am i being fooled into something and did i handle it correctly ?

My husband told me I’ve been a burden for 22 years of our marriage. I had a mental breakdown. He’s now my ex. I’m still destroyed. I have trouble understanding what happened to us. He sold our house, took the kids and fought me for every dollar.
My brain still hasn’t caught up to my new reality; no husband, little contact with kids, no house and I live alone. I feel like I’m under water and I’ll never be able to catch my breath again. Can no contact help get those feelings back if we have been together for 3 years? Only reason attraction was lost was the distance due to covid.
This is what she told me when she left:
I need you to know that reason this ended is cuz I don’t love you like that anymore. If I stayed I would have needed force my self to love you the way you want me too. I wouldn’t have been happy. Which that would have made unhappy seeing me like this and acting different towards you. You need to understand there wasn’t a I would try and make it work because I didn’t want to do that anymore I just wanted it to be over. And all this hurt me seeing you hurt and unhappy because I could no longer be what you needed. I’m sorry but this is the simple truth. And nothing you would have changed or do differently would have had changed my decision because it was too late already. I’m sorry.
Now I understand my behavior and the things that I did wirng pushed her to feel this way I became someone I'm not and the bad moments outweighed the good ones she no longer saw herself happy in the future with me now I understand what I did wrong and what shoudve for how I need to be and I'm done being like that Id appreciate the help .
That’s heart breaking man. You live and you learn. Keep the door open but work on yourself and move forward. If you can love once you can love again. Some people are just what we need when we needed them. Honor and love them and wish them well, and be ready for the next best thing to fall into your life

Hi. Why would my ex bf lie and say he never liked me in the first place yet he communicated with me everyday and invested time and money in to it... Its been a few months since we broke up, he dumped me after trust issues. But now everytime I want closure etc he tries to avoid it and says he never was serious about me etc, and always angry etc. He does say"so what do u want from me what's the solution" in a angry way but I don't want to beg only to be rejected, he knows clearly I do still want him...

Ive been in no contact for about a month now, with prior stents of it and reach outs from my ex. We were hanging out for a bit and then he felt like we were back in the relationship and he ddnt want that. We stopped hanging out for a bit and then started again. It was up and down for months, but now we are not talking at all and havent talked in about a month now. He did reach out after 3 weeks, but he was very mean. Ive been practicing no contact throughout the past month, but I'm afraid he wont reach out again and I've heard hes talking to girls on dating sites...my heart is re-broken as if we broke up for a second time and im worried we wont ever talk again. okay, i need an opinion.
So my ex lost feelings for me and directly after the breakup went in to no contact, i went into no contact and three week in she sent me a whatsapp asking me how i am doing, we chatted and it seemed like her life was falling apart, where i told her only about the great weekend i had and a bunch of things she asked me...so i gave her a call about a week later and i tried to reestablish contact and i gave into my feelings and told her i miss her where she replied and said that she doesn't really miss me but she has her moments and i asked her if we could meet up where she replied yes, but she wont be able to do it in her exam time, because she is going to study from the beginning till the end of the exam and won't be able to see anyone, we talked for a week and i texted her sometimes an hour or two later where she then replied instantly, but the conversations where not bitter, but there was no excitement and she was kind of a cold texter. We talked for the week and she said she couldn't see me because of her exams, so i texted her to ask how her exam went on the Friday and didn't get a text back so i ignored it, then at about six pm she posted a story on her whatsapp status of her in another guys car and posted only where she knows i would see, because she knows i muted her instagram stories. I got fed up and deleted her number i got to meet new people and posted a lot on my social media saying happy birthday to a bunch of girls that i got to know, i got tagged in a bunch of other girls photos and then after a 2 week period she whatsapps me asking me if when my exams end and that she really wants to catch up if i am still up for it...almost begging me to come so we have set a date only if it was fine with me, but i asked her if we can talk about the place and time after next week Wednesday because i have a big exam week coming up, where she then replied with that "we will talk then closer to the time(wink face) and that it was nice to hear from me again", where i just replied with "okay, its fine talk to you soon."
is this a good sign or am i being fooled into something and did i handle it correctly ?
Some what true...I still love and care about my ex but I have no respect, trust or faith anymore in him, which is why I can never return to an ex...once that is gone there is no getting it back...but I do genuinely wish them all the best in life but once I'm done I am done...I believe them the first time when they show me who they really are... xo

I left my boyfriend a three and a half years on March 18th 2020 I left for a stupid reason because I wanted to get married and he didn't we had a wonderful relationship there was no screaming no yelling no fighting we always sat down talked communicated and compromised on everything and now I want him back and he says that we can be friends we still talk we still have each other pictures in our phones and on our walls in our rooms and he still texts me good morning baby I love you goodnight baby I love you we hang out once in awhile and I asked him if he would consider dating me again and he said not right now but he does not hate me and he said to my face I love you

I recently had a “clarity” conversation with an ex after 3 months of initially asking him back. He’s currently seeing someone else.
I explained/ showed how I changed and asked with incredible amounts of strength and honesty. We talked about our relationship and it was really positive. I asked “are you still curious about this?” He said “I’m going in a direction and that’s all I can say. It hurts for me to say”. Have I ruined my chances?
I should clarify. I haven’t been asking him back for 3 months, more that I asked him back, then three months later we had this conversation!
So, total of 6 months later?
I feel that after watching multiple of LoveAdvice Tv that it was too soon to talk about emotions... everyone process differently at different paces. I process faster than my former partner, he doesn’t know how not wants to process. So, this alone may prolong the progress all together. Make sense?

So I thought if I posted a picture of myself at a party with two other girls it would make my ex jealous and want me back. (The picture was the two of them kissing each of my cheeks). Instead she got extremely angry with me, saying she hates me etc. We were on good terms before.
