@@MurqyyHimself I figured it out. Log out of your new account so you have no accounts logged in - delete the app and redownload it - don't log into anything but your banned account and it will prompt you to download the data - it should pop up then. The new logged in account causes interference or something like that.

What's the difference between both of these options ?which one should i choose ? Can i download it and then segregates it ( leave my favorite videos and remove comments etc ) and then upload it to a new account ?

@yusuff7_ didn't work . For a couple of weeks, I was waiting to download the file, but nothing happened until I created a new account, and then they gave an option to download the old one! Bad luck I guess
