@@seanpellegrino2989 This is what Carlos said in an interview when he was asked if it was him or Curley that did the guitar solo on Death Kink: “Actually, Grian [Chatten, the band’s singer] played the solo on that song. [Laughs] He was listening back to the track, and he was really excited about it and kept asking if he could give it a go as he had some ideas. He’s a really good guitarist, actually. Conor and I had been passing a guitar back and forwards in the control room, looking for ideas - and Grian just fucking nailed it. “I guess it’s quite ironic that one of the few solo opportunities was taken by the singer. [Laughs] To be fair to him, though, he’s a brilliant guitarist in his own right and he played a lot of the acoustic parts on the album. We’ll spend a lot of time in the rehearsal room with all three of us playing guitar.” 💖💙💚💖💙💚 www.guitarworld.com/features/fontaines-dc-carlos-oconnell-romance

Boss night we got Curleys guitar plec it hit me mum in the face 😂
Haven't been buzzing about a band in SUCH a long time. They can all sing. Proud Irish man here. Up the yard boys...
Love that Griann's playing guitar when Curley's got lead vocals 😍🫶🔥💖💙💚
He's a good guitarist. I was impressed watching him play during some of his solo songs he performed live.

sundowner sounds so magical live 😍
This band is just different
They... are... even.. BETTER!!!
nice
Sundowner 💔
Was this early or late show?
Early
Late show was better. Setlist (really just the two old songs) was better for the venue. Energy was absolutely massive
Another super short set :/
Damn, I know... I'll be traveling almost 3 hours to see them live and these short sets are really discouraging

these are just signing shows in-house, so they're not full gigs anyway
@@sushiske AHHH that is a great shout. true! Well, things are looking up!! Can't wait for them in Chicago!
I dont think these are meant to be full shows
They should skip Here's the Thing
No.
@@chaheal Agreed. That song focuses the show IMHO
