डूंगरपुर जिले के सागवाड़ा थाना अंतर्गत गोल चौराहे के पास फोटोग्राफी की एक दुकान से एक महिला दिनदहाड़े दूसरी महिला से सोने का हार लेकर फरार हो गई। प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार लगभग 3:00 बजे डूंगरपुर से एक महिला सागवाड़ा की तरफ आ रही थी कि उसके साथ में एक दूसरी महिला उसी बस में सवार थी जिसने रास्ते में उस महिला से दोस्ती बना ली और बातों बातों में जान पहचान को गहरा किया सागवाड़ा पहुंचने के बाद दोनों महिलाएं गोल चौराहे पर उतरी और गोल चौराहे के पास एक फोटोग्राफी की दुकान पर गई जहां पर महिला ने फरियादी महिला से उसके पास पड़ा सोने का हार फोटो खिंचवाने के लिए मांगा झासे में आकर फरियादी महिला ने सोने का हार दे दिया लघु शंका के बहाने महिला ने सोने का हार पहन कर कुछ ही समय में वापस आने का बहाना बनाते हुए महिला को धोखे से सोने का हार लेकर फरार हो गई काफी समय बीतने के बाद जब महिला वापस नहीं लौटी तो फरियादी महिला ने उस महिला की छानबीन करने की कोशिश की और जब उसे पता चला कि उसका सोने का हर लेकर वह फरार हो गई है तो उसने पुलिस थाना सागवाड़ा में रिपोर्ट दर्ज करवाई रिपोर्ट के बाद पुलिस तुरंत मौके पर पहुंची और आसपास के सीसीटीवी कैमरे खंगाले शुरू कर दिए आपको बता दें कि नगर पालिका सागवाड़ा द्वारा नगर में लगाए हुए सीसीटीवी कैमरे खराब पड़े हुए हैं जिसकी वजह से इस तरह की घटनाओं को छानबीन करने में पुलिस को भी सुविधा नहीं मिल रही है वहीं नगर में आने जाने वाले संदिग्ध व्यक्तियों पर निगरानी भी नहीं रखी जा सकती है फिलहाल पुलिस ने मामला दर्ज कर जांच अनुसंधान प्रारंभ कर दिया है।

She befriended the woman on the way and deepened their acquaintance by talking. After reaching Sagwara, both the women got down at Gol Chauraha and went to a photography shop near Gol Chauraha where the woman asked the complainant woman for the gold necklace lying with her to get her photo clicked. The complainant woman, being deceived, gave the gold necklace. On the pretext of urinating, the woman wore the gold necklace and made an excuse of returning in some time and fled with the gold necklace by deceiving the woman. After a long time, when the woman did not return, the complainant woman tried to search for the woman and when she came to know that she had fled with her gold necklace, she lodged a report at the Sagwara police station. After the report, the police immediately reached the spot and started searching the nearby CCTV cameras. Let us tell you that the CCTV cameras installed in the city by Nagar Palika Sagwara are not working, due to which such incidents have happened. The police are not getting any convenience in investigating the incidents and the suspicious people coming and going in the city cannot be monitored. Currently, the police have registered a case and started investigation.
