I don't interrupt because I think I know better. I interrupt because a thought pops into my head and I feel the need to say what that is. It usually changes the subject.

@@demigreybull7034 Walking in to a crowded room is like a hall of mirrors, except its me that is the hall of mirrors, lol. Very difficult to handle that much energy. Have a look for software defined radio, entire band displayed as waterfall and all transmissions can be seen graphically. Thats how I feel metaphorically speaking, like I'm hit with multiple radio stations all at the same time and I'm trying to tune in and out. Its too much talking to one person sometimes in a crowd normally, but with over sensory inputs peaking already across the band I'm letft with two options; going on auto pilot or getting the fuck out of that situation asap.

I just heard about the HEYOKA Empath a few days ago. I have known that I’m an empath for many years now and strangers around me typically ask am I an empath because apparently I wear it on my sleeve? I now know after researching this type of empath it’s definitely my DNA. Since childhood obviously my dad started calling me a paradox before I turned 5 years old. I’m the family referee in times of trouble. I always refer to myself as a human lie detector! I lose friends for being a tad bit raw in explaining a person’s behavior. Nice name “HEYOKA”. i constantly feel the urge to interrupt but only to get more info for answers that have not been asked yet... always listening and always respectful, but the urge never goes away lol. full understanding of the convo or topic is key. sometimes asking someone something gives them the answer or perspective they couldn't imagine. I often find at times that the best answers on life or situations are questions. perspective is just understanding someone else experiences. having enough of that is important for self development without the pain or turmoil of the situation being your own to learn from. helps to guide others too.

Another consideration about why interruptions are common: Telepathically, the speaker’s message has been received (instantly & efficiently), so the response is returned quickly. It took me a while to figure this out. It occurs when communicating with other intuitive people. Yet, sometimes the other is not consciously aware of the telepathy. At times, for me, the other is equally capable. It is pretty cool. Witnesses present cannot follow the communication. Yet for the 2 who ate consciously aware, there is deep exchanges occurring. Something to feel into. I see this is coming online for any who are growing & evolving their consciousness.

Fact! I sometimes can be very harsh in my words to give a tip or advice at people. They get scared a little bit 😂 Only my confident is not very higt because of my experiences in my life but i building it up for following my dreams. I also not interrupting people anymore because first i want to read the emotions of the other person... And im into in a relationship with a introvert narcissist man. I start reading about it also the stories of ´victims´. And they were destroyed by the narcissist. I was wondering why i still after almost 4 years im not broken (?) There is a feeling inside of me that makes me feel very rare, the shamanic rythm of healing and all of that spiritual that comes from the nature, i can hear the trees prayer. I do tend to go to the forest to regain strength and even touch trees with my pawn. I can sense the rivers like a frequency adapting into my life. I have the healing effect on others and i can use reiki and massage healing. I know also how to remove high potential lust obsession, cold and headache. I also thrive in solitude, i can thrive in stressful environments if that is in need as well. A person with love of all living beings and can relate to others situations.

Ever since I can remember, I have always been dyslexic with my communication towards others. A lot of times, I can see the entire picture in my head as to what I want to say, but instead of starting from the beginning and working my way to the end of the story, I pick out the most important parts first (thereby jumbling up the story), before relating the other parts to the story. It has taken me years of practice to learn how to tell stories correctly.

Hello, i am 34 and only recently heard of anything "empath" and realized its close to how i am. But unlike most of the commenters and even the video which seems spread positivity around this, i am constantly tortured by these traits. I know i am doing good and being the best me for those around me spiritually. I like it when i can help others and make them feel better but for me its not that i dont feel good about it but i am just doing what i should be doing if i see things from a different perspective. I can always bring the atmosphere around me up and most of the time get my point across but still i often feel alienated and cant help but think people might feel like i have some life coaching ego complex. In my heart I cant confirm if others around me even wants any sort of life advice or new perspective. Sometimes i think i am forcibly shoving it in there faces whichever way i decide to do it. Even though i always do it for the good, i cant stop myself from doing it even if my mind later tells me not to. Is there anyone here that might understand what im saying or know of a way to stop being like this. The video makes it sound amazing but to be living it for myself atleast i think, its a very isolated feeling and often times i just feels like if i didnt think for the better of everyone around, my mind would let me have some peace. I am open to and appreciate for any sort of reply ,help, discussion, or even hate to come my way on the matter since i am quite new to this term "empath". I see illness and heal physical ailments by saying im a qualified reflexologist haha I make it up ! But it works ..but I do instinctively know where the little peas ( I call them ) are in the body that alleviate pain in other areas . I say it’s because I have fingers that turn up at the ends ! So many people have thought of me as a narcissist, or even seen me as a dark empath, but they really have no idea that I experience emotions that are highly magnified, I can get very passionate about ideas, or situations, be very loving, caring, understanding and forgiving, I can talk to anyone and be very sociable, but also need to close off and spend time alone, to recharge and get back to myself in order to re-generate the internal happiness I genuinely feel. I know instinctively that true happiness is a state of mind, and comes from within, It's manifested through thought, I am honest and truthful, and know that these traits also generate happiness in abundance, the truth will set you free. I get angered by lies and deceit and sometimes take it personally, but I normally forgive, and understand, because sometimes the truth can be hurtful, so others think they are justified by lying and sparing the feelings of a person, so I understand why people do. I interrupt, but I am getting better at realising this, and occasionally step back to allow others to speak, but it does annoy me when I forget some of the ideas that just pop into my head, and I don't get them out fast enough, lol. I have been told by some people that my ego is virtually non-existent, I have a sharp wit, and good sense of humour, not to everyone's taste unfortunately, I do not disguise my intentions or hide how I feel. Before finding out about Heyoka's, and before I delved deep into my own sense of self, I had a very hard time with mental health, I felt to blame for everything, all the wrongs in the world, I did not realise I was soaking up so much negativity and that it was manifesting in poor mental health, the feelings and emotions amplified, it took me many years to come through it, I can read people and rooms, feel and see vibrations, I instinctively know when someone is lying, and sometimes I will allow it because I already know their reasons behind it. Because feelings can be so intense at times I can often feel overwhelmed, I enjoy my own company, but can also feel comfortable in the company of others. I don't know if I am Heyoka, but I know I can feel and read others, and I have always been told I am a good judge of character, and very spiritual, jovial, and some have even said gifted. I can love very deeply and because of this I can also feel deep sadness and take a long time to recover from past relationships, I analyse the end of relationship's and accept my portion of blame, I accept my faults, and imperfections. So maybe I am, or maybe I am not Heyoka, but I know I'm not an asshole, even when others might mistake me for one.

I feel like this description does explain me. I have watched about 20 or so videos on the Heyoka Empath and other types as well. The funny thing is, all the descriptions of Empaths have described me at one point in my life, but only the Heyoka describes me now. As if I had evolved over the last few years starting as a simple emotional empath, then to physical, pets, plants, and then to being fully aware of myself and what I am capable of. Now I am actually confident in my abilities, and I am more aware of my surroundings, so I understand more of why I feel a certain way or where these feelings are coming from. I have always known I was an empath since I was very young. well actually I thought I was an Angel. I knew I was different but in a good way. Then I thought I was a light worker, but that doesn't seem right either. Funny thing to add, I am 1/4 Native American as well. I am from the Cherokee tribe in the mid-west. I used to not be able to control this empathy power and people around me would use my emotions against me because I have always had such great emotional reaction to pain and hurt. Then I learned and now I almost feel like it is a superpower I can pretty much sense the next situation before it is about to happen. I am usually accurate about other people's feelings and intention to the point that they might not even know themselves just yet. I thought for a while I could read people's minds because I always knew what they were thinking before they said it. I can her when people talk negatively about me like a bionic hearing. In fact, I can feel the energy of a situation sometimes if it is a big event months before it happens. I was at a job interview one time, and I was sitting in on a sales pitch in the office I was going to be working in. The Manager I was with got really bizzy and the other worker got so bizzy as well, I was left alone for hours. I started to panic as if they were planning something against me or they knew something I didn't. I began to hear voices behind the door that lead to the back room, that lead to a back entrance. I became very nervous. The district manager had asked me to put my things in the back room where I heard the voices and I got so worried they wanted to go through my bag I jumped up and said I had to leave. It was an emergency. I ended getting hired and I was doing great there. moving up fast. They called me the prodigy child. 6 months in and my ex was very jealous over my success, he called into my managers and said I am fraudulent and stealing. The manager follows policy and calls the police. I walk into the office one day and it felt exactly like that first day. The district manager even asked me to put my thing in the back room. This time I did. The police were there ready to search my bag. I was of course innocent, and I explained my ex's jealousy, but I never worked their gin. I had felt that whole situation happen 6 months before it ever was a reality. That i when I knew I was meant to be more in this world and I was supposed to do something special to help more then just myself.
Thank you for sharing, this resonates deep. I also see things happening before anyone else. I see darkness is others than even their own family doesn't. You definitely need a podcast or something good content.

I am indeed a Heyooka Empath without a doubt. Every point is me. The last one really hit home. I’ve been called stuck up cocky bossy arrogant smarty pants, sarcastic. I’m truly the nicest person you’ll ever meet. Yes I interrupt folks but I’m getting better with that, much better. I have always been drawn to the native American tribes, movies abt them captured me, pictures of their features and mannerisms hypnotises me, something about their deep connection to the earth makes me so deeply emotional, Im usually brought to tears, Im also drawn to gem stones and Huge trees for some reason.... When Im near a big tree I feel as if I am home and just want to stay there forever, the peace and life force I feel is invigorating to say the least. I never used to believe that people like this existed in the first place. My life journey however taught me that new skills, new everything within the 12 stages of learning and navigating through the earthly elements, which is required for everyday living, survival and self sustainability not of only oneself, but also other other people, nature and everything that surrounds us, these people are born on specific intervals or cycles of life, exactly to bring in the evolution that happens within the High Heaven's, to earth. Many misconstrued the ideas of innovativeness, by some who try and keep a balance as evil is more present at the current moment on earth, the other side, to made a laughing stock of, while actually you are trying to save their lives. So blessed are the born and awakened ones who has been activated to restore much needed balance for the sake of humanity and the earth, as a whole. @@demigreybull7034 Walking in to a crowded room is like a hall of mirrors, except its me that is the hall of mirrors, lol. Very difficult to handle that much energy. Have a look for software defined radio, entire band displayed as waterfall and all transmissions can be seen graphically. Thats how I feel metaphorically speaking, like I'm hit with multiple radio stations all at the same time and I'm trying to tune in and out. Its too much talking to one person sometimes in a crowd normally, but with over sensory inputs peaking already across the band I'm letft with two options; going on auto pilot or getting the fuck out of that situation asap.

The interesting thing too is that I was a professional clown as a full time business for almost 20 years as well this was one of them. This astounded me. I just heard about the HEYOKA Empath a few days ago. I have known that I’m an empath for many years now and strangers around me typically ask am I an empath because apparently I wear it on my sleeve? I now know after researching this type of empath it’s definitely my DNA. Since childhood obviously my dad started calling me a paradox before I turned 5 years old. I’m the family referee in times of trouble. I always refer to myself as a human lie detector! I lose friends for being a tad bit raw in explaining a person’s behavior. Nice name “HEYOKA”. @@demigreybull7034 Yeah, I not a woman I'm a man, but I can still relate to everything you'er saying, because I have felt this way all of my life ,but I never understood who I'm or was and I was confused due to the neglections that I would receive from others either from my family, friends (or so called real friends), etc . After seeing this video I wonder if I'm a real Heyoka man 🤔 with all the symptoms of clinical titles out there. It seems that we all have some type of disorder, issues,defect, or mental disability or Gifts. Too many labels to deal with. So I'm in denial about these things in a sense. Fact! I sometimes can be very harsh in my words to give a tip or advice at people. They get scared a little bit 😂 Only my confident is not very higt because of my experiences in my life but i building it up for following my dreams. I also not interrupting people anymore because first i want to read the emotions of the other person... And im into in a relationship with a introvert narcissist man. I start reading about it also the stories of ´victims´. And they were destroyed by the narcissist. I was wondering why i still after almost 4 years im not broken (?) There is a feeling inside of me that makes me feel very rare, the shamanic rythm of healing and all of that spiritual that comes from the nature, i can hear the trees prayer. I do tend to go to the forest to regain strength and even touch trees with my pawn. I can sense the rivers like a frequency adapting into my life. I have the healing effect on others and i can use reiki and massage healing. I know also how to remove high potential lust obsession, cold and headache. I also thrive in solitude, i can thrive in stressful environments if that is in need as well. A person with love of all living beings and can relate to others situations.

I was asked the other day if I was an empath (because I can see and read auras) and I said not your typical empath by todays standards, I’m more of a mirror and can reflect feelings but not internalize them like empaths do” and this video explains me to a T. I was born backwards (sunny side up) I do have a learning disability and wrote things backwards, I’m left handed, when my husband and I get in arguments he even complains “you just see the world backwards!” 😅 thank you for creating this video I’ve learned something about myself that I’ve been searching for understanding about myself.

Ever since I can remember, I have always been dyslexic with my communication towards others. A lot of times, I can see the entire picture in my head as to what I want to say, but instead of starting from the beginning and working my way to the end of the story, I pick out the most important parts first (thereby jumbling up the story), before relating the other parts to the story. It has taken me years of practice to learn how to tell stories correctly.

This journey where I learned I had amazing gifts but yet I didn’t know what I was until 4 yrs later the universe decided it was time

Hello, i am 34 and only recently heard of anything "empath" and realized its close to how i am. But unlike most of the commenters and even the video which seems spread positivity around this, i am constantly tortured by these traits. I know i am doing good and being the best me for those around me spiritually. I like it when i can help others and make them feel better but for me its not that i dont feel good about it but i am just doing what i should be doing if i see things from a different perspective.
I can always bring the atmosphere around me up and most of the time get my point across but still i often feel alienated and cant help but think people might feel like i have some life coaching ego complex. In my heart I cant confirm if others around me even wants any sort of life advice or new perspective. Sometimes i think i am forcibly shoving it in there faces whichever way i decide to do it. Even though i always do it for the good, i cant stop myself from doing it even if my mind later tells me not to.
Is there anyone here that might understand what im saying or know of a way to stop being like this. The video makes it sound amazing but to be living it for myself atleast i think, its a very isolated feeling and often times i just feels like if i didnt think for the better of everyone around, my mind would let me have some peace.
I am open to and appreciate for any sort of reply ,help, discussion, or even hate to come my way on the matter since i am quite new to this term "empath". Thank you to anyone who takes the time to read this.

I rode my moped backwards using mirrors and the wild ponies on the moorlands .. i have all the traits on your video and more . I see illness and heal physical ailments by saying im a qualified reflexologist haha I make it up ! But it works ..but I do instinctively know where the little peas ( I call them ) are in the body that alleviate pain in other areas . I say it’s because I have fingers that turn up at the ends ! I also have the ability to copy any vocals through vibrations and mirroring singers mouth movements and where they sing from . I am 57years old but look 30 . The doctor I saw abt a rash told me my skin is very young for my age too . I ate my food with my face to make my sisters laugh ! I love being a heyoka❤

So many people have thought of me as a narcissist, or even seen me as a dark empath, but they really have no idea that I experience emotions that are highly magnified, I can get very passionate about ideas, or situations, be very loving, caring, understanding and forgiving, I can talk to anyone and be very sociable, but also need to close off and spend time alone, to recharge and get back to myself in order to re-generate the internal happiness I genuinely feel. I know instinctively that true happiness is a state of mind, and comes from within, It's manifested through thought, I am honest and truthful, and know that these traits also generate happiness in abundance, the truth will set you free.
I get angered by lies and deceit and sometimes take it personally, but I normally forgive, and understand, because sometimes the truth can be hurtful, so others think they are justified by lying and sparing the feelings of a person, so I understand why people do. I interrupt, but I am getting better at realising this, and occasionally step back to allow others to speak, but it does annoy me when I forget some of the ideas that just pop into my head, and I don't get them out fast enough, lol.
I have been told by some people that my ego is virtually non-existent, I have a sharp wit, and good sense of humour, not to everyone's taste unfortunately, I do not disguise my intentions or hide how I feel. Before finding out about Heyoka's, and before I delved deep into my own sense of self, I had a very hard time with mental health, I felt to blame for everything, all the wrongs in the world, I did not realise I was soaking up so much negativity and that it was manifesting in poor mental health, the feelings and emotions amplified, it took me many years to come through it, I can read people and rooms, feel and see vibrations, I instinctively know when someone is lying, and sometimes I will allow it because I already know their reasons behind it. Because feelings can be so intense at times I can often feel overwhelmed, I enjoy my own company, but can also feel comfortable in the company of others.
I don't know if I am Heyoka, but I know I can feel and read others, and I have always been told I am a good judge of character, and very spiritual, jovial, and some have even said gifted. I can love very deeply and because of this I can also feel deep sadness and take a long time to recover from past relationships, I analyse the end of relationship's and accept my portion of blame, I accept my faults, and imperfections. So maybe I am, or maybe I am not Heyoka, but I know I'm not an asshole, even when others might mistake me for one.

I feel like this description does explain me. I have watched about 20 or so videos on the Heyoka Empath and other types as well. The funny thing is, all the descriptions of Empaths have described me at one point in my life, but only the Heyoka describes me now. As if I had evolved over the last few years starting as a simple emotional empath, then to physical, pets, plants, and then to being fully aware of myself and what I am capable of. Now I am actually confident in my abilities, and I am more aware of my surroundings, so I understand more of why I feel a certain way or where these feelings are coming from.
I have always known I was an empath since I was very young. well actually I thought I was an Angel. I knew I was different but in a good way. Then I thought I was a light worker, but that doesn't seem right either.
Funny thing to add, I am 1/4 Native American as well. I am from the Cherokee tribe in the mid-west.
I used to not be able to control this empathy power and people around me would use my emotions against me because I have always had such great emotional reaction to pain and hurt. Then I learned and now I almost feel like it is a superpower I can pretty much sense the next situation before it is about to happen. I am usually accurate about other people's feelings and intention to the point that they might not even know themselves just yet. I thought for a while I could read people's minds because I always knew what they were thinking before they said it. I can her when people talk negatively about me like a bionic hearing. In fact, I can feel the energy of a situation sometimes if it is a big event months before it happens.
I was at a job interview one time, and I was sitting in on a sales pitch in the office I was going to be working in. The Manager I was with got really bizzy and the other worker got so bizzy as well, I was left alone for hours. I started to panic as if they were planning something against me or they knew something I didn't.
I began to hear voices behind the door that lead to the back room, that lead to a back entrance. I became very nervous. The district manager had asked me to put my things in the back room where I heard the voices and I got so worried they wanted to go through my bag I jumped up and said I had to leave. It was an emergency.
I ended getting hired and I was doing great there. moving up fast. They called me the prodigy child. 6 months in and my ex was very jealous over my success, he called into my managers and said I am fraudulent and stealing. The manager follows policy and calls the police. I walk into the office one day and it felt exactly like that first day. The district manager even asked me to put my thing in the back room. This time I did. The police were there ready to search my bag. I was of course innocent, and I explained my ex's jealousy, but I never worked their gin.
I had felt that whole situation happen 6 months before it ever was a reality. That i when I knew I was meant to be more in this world and I was supposed to do something special to help more then just myself.
Thank you for sharing, this resonates deep. I also see things happening before anyone else. I see darkness is others than even their own family doesn't. You definitely need a podcast or something good content.
My good buddy Milo is certainly this type of empath. His insights are incredible and life-changing. I wish everyone could have such great people akin to this glorious absolute saint of a man. He's my personal Jesus a god send from my loyal brother.

I am indeed a Heyooka Empath without a doubt. Every point is me. The last one really hit home. I’ve been called stuck up cocky bossy arrogant smarty pants, sarcastic. I’m truly the nicest person you’ll ever meet. Yes I interrupt folks but I’m getting better with that, much better. This list was funny because even in my group sessions I use humor to get my point across and my clients love it. But at times my soul cries for them. It can be overwhelming.

I wish I have known this younger. All that loneliness, endless support to not worthy, seeing so clear but not being understood...
I have always been drawn to the native American tribes, movies abt them captured me, pictures of their features and mannerisms hypnotises me, something about their deep connection to the earth makes me so deeply emotional, Im usually brought to tears, Im also drawn to gem stones and Huge trees for some reason.... When Im near a big tree I feel as if I am home and just want to stay there forever, the peace and life force I feel is invigorating to say the least. Listening to your video, I have all these traits... Now I also know why Im always interrupting people mid sentence, I still dislike this abt myself but simply cannot help it. 🤦♀️😩
I am also a Hayoka I have a love of the first nation and respect their traditions. It is sometimes difficult but at other times so rewarding to have been "born backwards" I am 75 but act like a 30 year old

I never used to believe that people like this existed in the first place. My life journey however taught me that new skills, new everything within the 12 stages of learning and navigating through the earthly elements, which is required for everyday living, survival and self sustainability not of only oneself, but also other other people, nature and everything that surrounds us, these people are born on specific intervals or cycles of life, exactly to bring in the evolution that happens within the High Heaven's, to earth. Many misconstrued the ideas of innovativeness, by some who try and keep a balance as evil is more present at the current moment on earth, the other side, to made a laughing stock of, while actually you are trying to save their lives. So blessed are the born and awakened ones who has been activated to restore much needed balance for the sake of humanity and the earth, as a whole. They really do exist and everyone will be doing it in the way they feel most comfortable with.
