From what I am told yes but not by much I wouldn't max out dribbling but upgrading it to 2 or 3 would be perfect (plus if you know how to use zxcv upgrading dribbling will also help) if you don't wanna upgrade dribbling than get the dribbling prodigy it's way easier to do than upgrade and it gives u 4+ extra dribbles
Imagine somebody with trap buffed elastic dribble and maxed dribble that shits broken idk why they would buff elastic dribble because it’s not possible to tackle people with elastic but they buffer every move adding more distance

They nerfed it again it's not as bad as it was pre update but it's still a big nerf
I use elastic for the dribbling and Godspeed to counter Godspeed spammers
I’d hate to play against you with those weapons you have
Elastic and godspeed is a deadly combo than adding stealthy or mark smell on top of it is op

I made this video a while ago so my build is different. Rn I'm running td gs trap and max punch w/ punch prod
with godspeed it goes insane
Yea I don't even need to use godspeed for dribbling now at all since the range is op
