I have not heard capacity assessments being referred to as a specification before. I don’t believe a witness is necessary to make it legally binding. The only issue is proving what was agreed.

I find it very frustrating how you cannot get past papers. Can you ask CIPS for your exams so you can see where you can improve if you did not pass? BTW thanks for the guides. Great stuff.
The do issue exemplar papers but not past papers as they are multiple choice and eventually someone would be able to create a bank of all questions and answers. I am not sure if you can ask for feedback but a question for CIPS.
I find L4M3 really challenging. I am here again preparing for my exam this November. Your videos are of great help thank you so much!

There are no past papers. Some people sell quizzies on Udemy - so far I havent tried to compete with them as there is a lot of competition
