Putin is the one who has stated there will be no renewal of the contract with Ukraine. What Slovakia and Hungary are asking is that Ukraine allow the passage of Russian gas to them without any compensation. The best way to resolve this until the Russia-Ukraine conflict is ended is that Slovakia and Hungary offer Ukraine a commission for allowing the passage of Russian gas, to replace what they were receiving from Russia. However, this would mean Slovakia and Hungary would be paying more for that gas, which would create domestic unrest. Both leaders of those countries are pro-Russian autocrats currently unpopular in their own countries, but they better figure it out before their own people are freezing, or they may find themselves "unelected" the hard way.

It’s not like Slovakia didn’t see this coming. They had plenty of time to get alternatives sorted out like other countries did. Slovakia will make a big mistake if they try to attack Ukraine.
Of course they will use german LNG infrastructure, prices here increase as well. Thank you Austria, Slovakia and others in eastern europe.
How we can attack Ukraine when we gave them near all our military assets after war started?
Slovakia obviously isn’t watching how Russia is getting on with tackling Ukraine 🙄all i can say is good luck with that one
As german I must admit we have a very close look at it. Blaming us to enable Putin for this war and hearing that half europe still receive gas from ruzzia (and ukraine charges transfer fees) changes my mind.
Thanks for this informations. We beggar our economy for you guys.
Slovakia and Hungary have had plenty of time to source alternative supply's of Gas, they have done nothing about it.
Over 2 years to figure it out. Blame yourself.
Slovakia had 3 years to switch over to green energy and look for other options. Shame on them.
3 years 😂😂😂😂

Without any compensation? They are paid for transit. Why you don't talk about much more money from Russian oil that is sold to other countries.
Slovakia and Hungary are both heavily subsidised by the EU. Why?
Because it is good for wealthy EU countries to do this from long term perspective. If you think that it is something like pure hearth charity you are too naïve.
SLOVAKIA and HUNGARY have finally WOKE UP! :DDD
Putin is the root of all these problems, they should talk to him about it, and also thank Ukraine for being so patient, most other countries would have cut of Putins profits at the very start of “ Putins War ‘’,
Time to refound the Core EU of founders, the EU of the six central countries: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Nederlands, Germany, Italy.
Vive l'europe du charle magne!
Oh don't you think that France and Italy still wants some money from the Nordic countries or will Germany pay it all??
We all know that German economy is at the best shape it has ever been.
🤔
You really want to include Italy? Or Italy after separation of North part? 😇
Theyve had three years to figure it out. That isnt on Ukraine.
All this time and not sourced an alternative yet 🤷♂️
Many folks in Bratislava are protesting Fiko's recent BJ of Putin.
Not all lubricants are good lubricants….Slava Ukraine
Slovakia and Hungary has very little terrain to maneuver for a conflict with Ukraine.
Most likely Slovakia will get a deal, and Hungary won't.
Go Slovakia!
Go to where?
Too bad, Ukraine doesn't have an access to the baltic sea.

I think EU can find a way to supply Slovakia
Of course there is a way, but fico doesn't want to. He loves putin, 'cause he is the same as.shole as putin.
This way the boni from the Russian companies won't be available anymore. That's the main problem. It's more expensive in addition for the people too. But that's probably a minor issue for Mr. Fico.
As always crying for help from EU for the own homemade sh..

N OPE. It's Slovakia's problem. They have to figure it out themselves. Same goes for Hungary. There's plenty of other hydrocarbons available but they'll have to pay the market price like everyone else. No more cheap Russia oil and gas for them.
@@Moscow_Will_Burn Cheap oil from Russia for others for more money than gas for Slovakia/Austria/Hungary is O.K.t hen?
Slovakia threaten should Slovakia threaten Russia.
What a mess. Ukraine wants to cut off the flow to deny money to Russia, but some of that flow gets processed and returned back to Ukraine for its military to use. So Ukraine cutting off the flow of Russian oil & gas to Hungary could end up restricting the mobility of the Ukrainian army's vehicles. There is a lesson in there for all country's militaries including the U.S. about allowing your military to become dependent on foreign suppliers.
Great content, as always! I need some advice: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). How can I transfer them to Binance?
i mean what Slovakia or hungary will do except for write a strong message? there are Romania & poland next to them who will not allow them to do anything substantial
Fico a member of eu and nato better think things through and wisely not threaten or attack Ukraine or pay a much higher price for it.
So Slovakia want to go to war for Gas? Whow! I know a stronger Reason. Selfdefense
What can Slovakia do?
Does Slovakia have a army? NOPE.
Does Slovakia have a air force? NOPE.
Does Slovakia have a navy? NOPE.
Can Slovakia say some hurty words? YEP.
I think Ukraine has other problems at the moment then dealing with whining crybabies.
This video is really trying to say Ukraine has "dug in its heels", as if they are being ass holes by not transporting Russian gas for the Russian economy. Sounds like Slovakia should be telling Russia to end the war so they can have heat this winter.

I suggest we negotiate with Putin: You get Slovakia and leave Ukraine.
Everyone is happy.
West already did this with Czechoslovakia. Hmm... How it ended? 😉
Melania's family is getting upset.
The smart ones emigrate - like she did.
Melania is Slovenia, this is Slovakia. American geography.
Bruh please delete this comment for you own sake. Slovenia is not Slovakia , you are just showing that you’re kinda clueless

Working against the neighbors that you rely on for critical resources is a genius strategy. Thats why slovakia is such a superpower. What a bunch of hicks 🤦♂️…

Ukraine: It's all about us, look how hard we had it.
Charging transfer fees for gas all the time while blaming germany to finance the war against ukraine. I'm fed up of you guys.
Why would they continue with the contract allowing Russia to generate revenue to then use that in the war. I’m not sure if you have learning difficulties or are just pretending to but you’re just embarrassing yourself.
@@Kartoffelsuppe_m_Wursteinlage Wir shaffen das oder was?
Most other countries in the EU warned Germany against being so dependent on Russian gas at the same time as you shut down all the nuclear power plants, and we are now feeling that here in your neighboring countries with extremely high electricity prices.
And not only that, your electricity grid is not geared to receive the power from your neighbors that can be produced when it is windy enough or the sun is shining

It has never been stronger and we have never been spending so much money, at the same time 2 more countries have joined, so what are you talking about?
Lol this bloke. Zelensky uses russian oil too.
Just because Ukraine is being invaded doesn’t give zelensky the right to tell private companies in other countries what to do. There are other agencies that handle things like that. This is dictator like behaviour.
Pipeline runs through Ukraine which they have all right to not renew the contract with Russia. They did the same thing with grain exports from Ukraine by blocking it. Russia have all control of stopping this war immediately if they want too.
