This game is based on the 1984 book by Jack Prelutsky (Poem author) and James Stevenson (Illustrator). The version of this Living Book emulated here is Version 1.0. It was re-released as Version 1.1 (after Random House joined with Brøderbund) in 1994 with a speed upgrade (faster fading) and a running man loading cursor.
