    This is a family menu every new year days.naglalagay PO ako NG chorizo de Bilbao at fried potatoes.un lAng PO ung wala sa recipe niyo.well I'm gonna try ur recipe.much cheaper kc

      Sorry sa tanong kp po. Pag nag luluto po ako niyan kahit anong hugas ko diyan sa tuwalya na yan mabaho pa rin. Nilalamas ko po nang asin, tapos hugasan ko po nang maraming beses.tapos lamasin ko pa po nang luya at asin nang 20 minutes tapos hugasan ko din po.at pinapakuluan ko pa po na may pamentang buo ,laurel asin luya at bawang.pero bago ko pong ilagay ang panghalo itatapon ko po ang unang kulo sala kp po ilalagay ang sangkap. Pinalalambot ko po yan sa pressure cooker. At tsaka ko po hihiwain at igigisa sa fonal na sangkap pero mau naaamoy pa din ako. Kayo po ano inilalagay niyo po para walang amoy totally?

    It looks delicious but i think its too dry. The original callos recipe has at least 2 cups of beef broth. Pagkulang sa sauce nakakaumay. Along with chorizo Bilbao use bacon to add more flavor. Best with sourdough or italian bread for snacks.

    Dapat inuna nyo ang tomato sauce and paste before mixing it with the tripes.. para madaling haluin at mix well.. Yung chorizo nyo eh kulang . Hindi equal sa dami ng tripes..
    Pasensya na po Pero dry po ang Callos nyo...
