My current 2023 goal aligns with Ian's 2022 goal of buying a house. I come from an area where you can get a pretty decent house for 150-220k and I have already saved up 10k for a down payment yet I'm just so scared to start the process. I only have enough to cover the down payment for the loan (3.5%) which means I have to have the seller pay the closing cost and I'm just worried I'll find a house I really like but won't be able to get it because the seller won't want to pay the closing cost. I just need to make the phone calls and get it done.... I'm a single father and I just want my daughter to be able to live the best life I can possibly provide for her and living in some shitty apartment with meth-head neighbors downstairs is not the way to do it.
I'm there with you buddy, Almost ready to take that leap. Write your plan, wait for your heart to tell you when to strike, but keep making steps to have the resources aligned and then strike. Keep searching. keep researching. Keep investing and building your resources. A good Neighbor told me to think about Growing into your home. Its about going with what you want while building your resources to continue to upgrade even higher. It may be necessary to get something you now will be worth it, over the cheapest on you can afford.

What I hate is nowadays since resellers and bots enters 1000s if raffles for one shoe or bot 100s of pairs snd it so hard to get shoes now its resell or nothing so it's for rich people now. Didn't and again anothe travis didn't get and u can't afford resell 150 shoe resell for 1200 to 3k. Sneakers are fir rich people now its blshit. Travis phantom I wanted the mkst my fav sneaker in a long time snd I'd actually wear them all I got was Orange lobster special box okt of all those releases but I post it on Twitter and get 100s of dm of peoppe showing me there got em message saykng they'll sell em to me for 1k 1200 plus so all those got em just want to make money I actually wanna wear em sucks. Right now I'll be good for all next year if I get phantoms l$f and amm 4s phantom the mkst the l black suede sith contrast stitches my fav travis shoe of the year fkr me tied with Orange lobster
