They did seed a newsagent with a million pound scratchcard winner a couple of doors down from him when he had the shop in town, I believe they did this for him to win and publicise, he missed it by 5 cards, he does a good in depth video on it, I think it's called I was 5 a way from a million. It's a mind twister
