Got married 13 years ago and my husband is Vegan and there is a famous Vegan bakery near us. We got. A two tier cake to cut and keep a piece for the one year, and we got tons of cupcakes in several flavors and they decorated them with fondant and dyed the icing to match our colors. It's nice because people actually freaking loved them and had options for vanilla, red velvet, chocolate; etc. People still talk about our deserts at the wedding. Also, you two are insane.....add sugar- 5 Jackie's lol 💞

I’m a baker at Whole Foods, and for years we used a Swiss meringue buttercream. It always tasted kind of greasy to me…my basic butt secretly prefers the American style buttercream, which we recently switched to. Definitely more of a supermarket cake vibe, though. Glad y’all are basic cake bishes, too😂

If you ever get a chance to try a cake made at the grocery store known as Publix, you are in for a treat. They are so good.
We bought two Costco cakes for our wedding and they were divine. The sheet cake was vanilla with cream cheese frosting and a round chocolate cake for the grooms cake. We did a budget friendly wedding at my parents home in Alaska. I think we maybe spent $800 total. It was back when we were in our early 20s and I don’t regret it one bit.
