I’m a Baby STAY started to idolize them since April 2024. I am a 1996 baby, and All i can say is, StrayKids really help me as I had an operation for Ectopic Rupture pregnancy, I am alive but our Baby isn’t anymore. I am happy for my 2nd life, and those days that I am on leave, all I watch are stray kids videos. They are my safe place since that time till this time and I belive this will be forever. All of their songs from starting songs till now are very awesome and never fails to amaze and bring me to tears as they are very relateable. I realize how I don't have a goal. How I don't where I want to be, how I don't wanna grow up. When I was a kid I didn't have to worry about school and my future. Now I need to worry about passing exams, getting into a good college, and my parents never helped me even find a dream. This song literally saved my life, now I listen to it with teary eyes remember the times i broke down and cried so hard when it was all so hard to take .. they gave me hope when everyone else said I’ll fail and I’m nothing but loser, now I’m studying the thing I’ve always dreamt of and walking with my own pace. i know this will get lost in the sea of comments but i don’t mind, i just want to have this space to speak my mind for a little bit. i’ve heard this song a few times before, but i never looked up the lyrics. today was a really bad day. pressure about my exams, struggling with getting into university, pushing all my friends away and generally feeling depressed all piled up on me. i started watching stray kids music videos because they are a big source of happiness for me. i got to this one and turned on the captions, and as i read the lyrics i started sobbing. i’ve never felt so understood by people so far away from me. every word of the song spoke to me, and it was exactly what i needed to hear. i feel so much more encouraged now, so much more hopeful that things might turn out okay in the end.

I realize how I don't have a goal. How I don't where I want to be, how I don't wanna grow up. When I was a kid I didn't have to worry about school and my future. Now I need to worry about passing exams, getting into a good college, and my parents never helped me even find a dream. It's always felt like the world was moving to fast, and I kept tripping and falling.
Normally I don't cry. and sometimes, I just can't.
This song made me cry. It made me feel like I was being hugged. It felt honest and reassuring, it felt like something, not just an action. It felt like the hug that should come from my parents. But it doesn't come from them, it comes from these wonderful nine boys who know what's like to be unsteady. I like their hug better.
I am currently going through the same struggles. I am in my last year of high school and I feel lost and anxious because all of my classmates have already chosen where and what they want to study, while I have absolutely no idea. I feel so small before the word "dream" because I don't have one. But Stray Kids' music comforts me.

i'm crying. this was the first stray kids song i ever heard, and it unintentionally saved my life. not to be that one bitch, but even though i'm still going through stuff, stray kids, bts and nct are there and i wouldn't be here without them. i remember the first time i heard this song and read the lyrics- it was when i was on the roof of my house at around two or three am, just like always, wondering if tonight is the night. i heard the song and (since i understand basic korean) got the message. it was a small thing, but just having the song made me reconsider everything. even though i sometimes feel like jumping, listening to skz always gives me a boost. i'm forever thankful to stray kids. thank you for being there for me, even though you don't know who i am.

i completely understand. there are so many moments when i want to end things, but kpop is why im still here. I've come to the end of my string so many times that it really comes down to the small things that im still here. kpop has been that small thing for me. i can reason everything else in my life, but for some reason kpop is the one thing that stands in the way. and i really appreciate that it is.
