Man cleaning all your metal with the disc TALKS GOOD ABOUT YOU... it's say you like to work meticulously neat and more important YOU JUST LOOOVE WHAT YOU DO! GOOD VIDEO! AMAZING JOB!👍🏽🇲🇽🇺🇲
Cool!! I finally found a channel helping to build a custom cruise bicycle. I've found it impossible to just search YT for bicycle frame building for some reason. Only find road bikes and such. I sub'd to help me with a custom I'm building this year. I've searched specifically what welder to use, a roller/bender & jig to use.. couldn't find anything. This ONE video has answered all my questions I've searched for for a year.
Very cool video. Very nice job explaining it my friend. This is going to be a Gr8 video series. Keep up the great craftsmanship and hard work my friend. Design on. Fab on. Weld on. Keep making. God bless.
Hard to say. Depends on what you buy. There's such a wide range brands you can get. I'd say to be safe, $2000 (with the welder) for a good enough setup.
Where'd you get the white wall fat tire on the teal wheels against the wall? I can't find any for my 20x4.25 and really want a set of whites on both ends of my build, not just the front
@@CburkeCustoms any links to where I can find a whitewall 20x4-4.5? And how much do you sell the frames for? I'd be interested in possibly buying one for my next build!!
@@TylerReynolds.Legend I don't I'm sorry. You can check with Sutter Street Cruisers and see if he can source them. As for frames, they start at $850+shipping. I don't take orders so you would need to watch my IG for when they are done and for sale.
@@CburkeCustoms im just looking for the same goemetry to be replicated. The Cranbrook looks like a granny bike. I was hoping you could make it look cool.

@@CburkeCustoms I want to know the price of the frame that you build, about how much it costs. I like it very much. I want to make an e-bike font hub.
@@markmonthol4484 all my frames start at $850 and up depending on what all I did to it.
Buying a welder off of Amazon, if you have a idea which would be the best choice for this type of Hobby, Thank you Very Much.
Hobart 140 hands down! Best hobby welder out there for the money. You will not be disappointed.
@@CburkeCustoms very much appreciated, and many blessings...

Obrigado PELA sua apresentação vai ajudar muito na montagem do meu espaço BIKE CHOPPER.
Very welcome! Part 2 will drop tomorrow!
What's the width and length of your jig table?
35x32

It's not a fat tire. It's a 2.25 tire stretched using a 3" tube. That's on a 26x4
@@CburkeCustoms that's unfortunate. I appreciate the content and education still though. Definitely enjoying the custom frame build series
@@TylerReynolds.Legend thank you so much!

Can you replicate the huffy cranbrook cruiser frame with super nice lightweight steel? Ballpark weight? Price?

Hey Burke, if you don't mind me asking who do you know as a reliable source for buying a decent size welding table.
Ugh, I wish I knew on that one. I will be in the market this year for sure. If I find anything, I'll let ya know!
@@CburkeCustoms much appreciated, thank you again, if all fails I will just haft to go to a local scrap yard and build my table.
@@josephbowman87 I just picked up some thick 1/4 plate. Does the job for now but I would love to have clamp holes.
@@CburkeCustoms a good size drill and some tungsten bits that go through metal and measurements should do the trick.
@@josephbowman87 maybe. A lot of work lol.
Can you Add How to Measure a Person for the Custom frame??
Yes, that will come as we get more into the process.
@@CburkeCustoms Thanks for the Reo sir
Do you sell a chopper frame
No sorry. Just not my style.
Hey I found a Hobart 180 locally. Would that be good welder? Compared to 140? Thanks again!
Oh yeah. I believe that it is a more powerful welder. It will be just fine.
