I can relate only with being a waitress years ago. I thought it would be a fun job. Waiting on happy customers coming in for a nice evening. Not true!!!! Some yes but the majority if they could find something to complain about it was like their mission. Even the way they would order was rude!!! One evening I just continued to smile and give them good service and the nasty woman said to me "why are you smiling? Quit being condescending!" I couldn't believe it. All the while I was telling myself....don't let them get to you.
