I second Chris's comment about the quiet peacefulness of your video. You tell the viewer about your experiences with the camera without the bullshit overused quick cuts, repetitive and loud accompanying music, and annoying sponsorship ads. Thank you!
Excellent video … thanks. It looks like you have the Fuji lens hood. Since you mentioned the flash … just wondering if you see a shadow cast by the hood or perhaps you just remove the hood when using the flash? Also, does the lens hood obstruct partially the OVF? I’m considering the purchase of this camera so any thoughts would be appreciated.
no there wouldnt. xs10 additionally has ibis but if you are just looking for photography options and don't believe you need more than one lens id go for the x100v. do you like zooming in and out? then xs10. consider xe4 over xs10 if it is cheaper
Note: The X100V is only Weather Resistant when the adapter ring and a filter is fitted. Weather Resistant does not mean it is safe to use in the rain, it is merely weather resistant not water proof! The comment at the end should actually be at the start, the *first* decision is whether you want to change lenses or not. None of the X100V features matter if your primary need is to change lenses :D
You are completely right. I didnt mention the fixed lens for photo because due to the lens being so sharp and the sensor being high res you can easily electronically zoom in and the photos are more than usable when you do. I tried it multiple times and one could easily make big prints with e-zoomed in images that are sharp corner to corner
@@Bbarm97 It's not just about focal length, it's also aperture. You can't put a 35mm f/0.95 or 56mm f/1.2 on the X100V. ;) You only have f/2 om the X100V.
@@fredbloggs545 your right. next time i make a video ill try to put my arguments in an objective order. The weather resistance for me was the main point but probably the fixed lens is a much more important point. Thanks a lot :)
Detail is brilliant. Nice real colour and easy to operate.

Lol! Yeah no chill tune with record scratches and coffee montage! 😂
I like the quietness of this video
Great video, loved it. Very nice shots at the end, thanks. Oh, next time maybe introduce your lovely assistant...
This is a really good review and I really like the style.

Great video. Fresh. Clear. Thank you
Sweetest review video so far 👌🤗
Good comments. Can you individually adjust the colour profiles CMY…?
nope you cannot, u can only adjust highlights and shadows and color temp. so yeah if you can do it with the temp adjustments maybe yeah u could
But what would you when it's about X-E4 or X-S10??
for video xs10 for photography xe4. xe4 goes for cheaper and usually with kit lens 27mm for the price of xs10 body
You forgot to mention the leaf shutter giving one high speed sync capability with the built-in flash.
Why did I notice how good the audio is especially not using a lav mic? What shotgun mic did you use on the other camera?
se electronics laser shotgun mic. its really really good
would there be a difference between x100v photographs and xs10? Are their dynamic range options the same?

How did you get your photos to appear more film-like?
black pro mist filter 1/4
X-E4 isnt weather sealed?
no
@@Bbarm97 can be made water sealed?
@@AdnanKhan-jl8wh also no unfortunately
