The 1990s car commercials were hilariously outlandish, and some of them made us feel like we could fly our cars over anything we wanted. Have to love the "responsible" Camaro IROC Z commercial. Even though they are "chased" by a helicopter, they stayed below the 55mph speed limit. (Speedometer shown) 😂😂
I thoroughly enjoyed these. They brought back so many memories. I was a kid all through the 90's.
My parents had Safaris from 1991 when my youngest brother was born until they stopped in 2005. It's great to see their old commercials.
I also remember the "tried, tested, and true" commercials for the Cavaliers that were everywhere in the mid to late 90's.

I am sure the one GM commercial had Patrick Stewart. Quite the flash back. Had forgotten about some of these cars.
Yeah, like the short lived Baretta.
The Beretta at the end has a side profile very similar to that of the Prelude of that era.
Thank you. This was really nice. It is appreciated. I was smiling when I saw the Cadillac Deville, Chrysler New Yorker Fifth Avenue, Buick Roadmaster and Lincoln Town Car, Pontiac Bonneville, Pontiac lineup and Chevrolet Caprice commercials. It is funny people appreciate those cars now.
Sooooo much better than the commercials we get today.. if commercials were this funny and creative maybe we wouldn’t need a skip ad on TH-cam
my parents bought 3 automobiles in the 90's. 92 Ford ranger ,93 Geo metro convertible and 98 Ford explorer 4x wdr.
Fun! Most of these are local dealer association ads, made by local dealer groups…
I wonder if the present day Honda "Carbon Neutral" commercials shown here will be the hilarious commercials of the future!

The TV show viper. a 60 minute commercial for Dodge. Also the Ford Taurus commercial with Dale Jarrett in the ford credit liverie.
it's not absurdity, it's common sense. I'd pay anything to return to the 90's.

I owned a '95 S-10 Blazer with that vore tech V6 it was sharp and loaded 2wd but it drank fuel like it was going out of style, also owned a '97 Escort GT 3dr and turned it into a Low Rider with 13" wires front to back side to side with 3wheel motion but could only pull 3 wheel on rear axel if doing it while turning it looked like a dog peeing on fire hydrant 😆.. They don't need to make car commercials anymore because today's "crossovers" all look exactly the same, doesn't matter the brand or model.
💯. Used to be able to easily identify a car by it's shape, now they all look the same. Who knew the 21st century would be so dull.

Dodge Dynasty came up and I thought what a horrible model name. Not as bad as Probe, but it's pretty bad. Would like to see Boca Bro best and worst model names.

Ah, 1990 was when gloomy, depressing, drab, boring Grey and Black and Charcoal Grey interior colors became popular and every automaker have been shoving those colors down everyone’s throats since the last millennium 🤮
Forget the nineties,,most was worthless
I reckon that cars from the late nineties to early noughties were the best....there's too much plastic engine components now
