NFS Carbon style photoscene in automation 4.2 test (read description!)

Idea was by Taff, but i did most of the lighting stuff, and it gets pretty good performance (about 60fps on a GTX 1080 Ti, ryzen 7 5800x and 1440p display at all epic settings!)
Let me know what I can improve before this goes on the workshop

hm, I could try but the scene was mostly optimised to be at night time. I'll try it though
