Nice, detailed and concise review of the Ride-Up Rift ST. I have the equivalent in another brand that I love riding. I have 5,090 miles on mine in 18 months and have really enjoyed exploring places within 30 miles of my home with it. These are great bikes and especially give us older riders a chance to get back on the bike trails again. Thanks for another very well produced video! I really enjoy the extra work you put into your videos! This one looks like a really good performer!

If you want to haul with a hitch mount rack on your vehicle, check your bike rack weight limit per bike and your hitch “tongue weight” limit. Our expensive Yakima hitch rack can only do 60lbs per bike and our tongue weight limit is 300#’s so the hitch can handle two of these, but the rack cannot
We include a discount link to the Hollywood Rack which we use in the description of every review video. Any hitch receiver compatible with that rack will support any two eBikes we have ever reviewed with batteries removed. -Producer Tim
Great review again I love that the bike has all that torque to me that means allot for hill climbing. It would be nice to see a little more in depth review with a passenger on the back up some step hills that would be a really good test 😀

I Only buy e-bikes that you’re able to unlock to go faster than 28 mph for off road private land use only of course. The 700 series you can I’m sure you can do it with this one too
We have not seen official unlocking instructions on this bike as we have with other Ride1Up products including the Revv1 which we recently reviewed. -Producer Tim
This video shows the passenger seat installed backwards and forwards within seconds of each other. @ 1 min, the passenger seat is installed correctly pointing forward. Then @ 1 min 14 seconds, it shows the passenger seat installed backwards. Clearly this is wrong because you don't want someone slipping off the rear slope (we have this passenger kit so know how it should be installed).
As shown in the video, the passenger seat simply snaps into place with no tools. It works fine either way for a thinking adult, but certainly one direction is optimal for certain types of people. -Producer Tim

We lack the crew to get two onboard and still film + protect the camera gear on set. It's got plenty of power though. -producer Tim
