Out of all the bizarre crossovers, the Muppets make the most sense. Mostly because they've been meeting with celebs for decades on TV and film. Also, the Beaker/Sheamus bit was wonderful.
it's ironic that for weeks prior to Jackass 2 being released, TNA devoted matches and backstage segments to lampooning Jackass style pranks, then WWE gets the Jackass cast in and TNA dropped the angle like it never happened
The best thing about the Chucky promo on Rick Steiner is the part where Rick challenges Chucky to a fight. A grown man fighting a puppet sounded silly in 1998 but actually sounds like WCW 2000.
Muppets on Raw was amazing! Piggy v Vicki and then just the start of Santinos music is amazing, there is a legit pop cause the fans knew it was gonna be comedy gold!
There are Weird Disney Crossovers The Rock on Hannah Montana, Cory in The House and Wizards of Waverly Place, The Miz and The Great Kahli on Pair of Kings, Walk the Prank with WWE Superstars Kofi, Big E, Alexa Bliss, Diamond Dallas Page and Sting! I always thought that Steve-O laughing off a Umaga attack was accidental genius. That's exactly what he'd do if it were real, and in kayfabe, Umaga probably would take offense and go back for more until he finally shut up. It's unfortunate that it resulted in a shoot pummeling, but it is still probably the most authentic wrestling crossover that's ever happened and a great example of how the business works (and why it's got a bit of a thorny reputation).
This is a different kind of crossover but WWE collaborating with SNK's King of Fighters series on mobile was a pretty weird trip. It wasn't enough to have John Cena, Undertaker, Rock, Becky Lynch, Kofi Kingston, and Seth Rollins take on fighting game characters but they actually included story bits for everyone.
The masterpiece was of course wcw meets baywatch. Look i know ir was campy but it was awesome back then when baywatch was popular in the 90s At least it has a plot
Cool to see Bowling For Soup getting a short mention at the start. They were originally meant to perform their Alexa Bliss song live at Wrestlemania but because of covid they couldn't
I wonder if Weller was actively interested in it, or was contractually obligated. @3:54, that was incredible. Got a feeling The Naked Gun inclusion was more for the parents watching and Vince himself. That Beaker bit was payoff to Edge comparing Sheamus to Beaker, which he capped off by doing the 'meep meep meep' noise and going on down to the ring. Steve-O no selling could be forgiven for the fact that the Jackass crew's whole shtick is getting injured and then walking it off, but from what I recall off a recent video, he was high at the time and then concussed by Umaga, so he was totally out of it.

The wrestlers who show up on Madtv showed how funny they can be; 1. Will Saso keeps running up to wrestlers not to get his ass beat when says “how’s it feel it be to be a fake” 2. Bret Hart showing up to beat up a cast member (Saso again) playing douchebag dad who needs to be nice to his kids 3. Saso is dressed as a fake luchador called Senior Bag-o-Crap, he went running around hitting and dumping the bag on people...until a pissed off Sting showed up and said “I am going to beat you my pretty and your little bag too!” Leading Saso took off the outfit trying to beg to be left alone as it’s just a skit, no use Sting beats him with a bat and scorpion death lock.

Can we stop giving shit to David Arquette winning the WCW World title? Had WCW actually survived this has proven that it would still be talked about 20 years later. We can’t talk about how wrestling is designed to create memories and then dump on it for us remembering this. I think we should actually start looking at this as a success of sorts! Long term memories created for a company that unfortunately had a short life-span left.
I recently listened a podcast where a couple watch all scooby-doo content and they review wrestlemania mysteri and they were not kind to the movie or wrestling in general, I was jump to the comments, but then I realized that I was trying to defend the sccoy-doo/WWE movie and I stopped

I agree. It was the Muppet Show but not at The Muppets studio. 🤷🏻♀️ And personally I loved it.
Robocop is Sting’s only real friend. Robocop is the only one who never betrayed Sting.
The saddest part of it is your right.

What about the Scooby Doo cross over with Batman and Robin?
Harlem globetrotters was good too

I agree 😌
The jackass crossover was hilarious and you can’t convince me otherwise
So good it had to happen twice

That was absolutely the worst I have seen in wrestling! Talk about keyfab killing! I remember watching it being like WTF is this!
I think the RoboCop angle is impressive just because they really got Peter Weller to participate
When Robocop is number 10 on weirdest crossovers. It's going to be a good list.
The Jackass segment is actually amazing. And watching them do a reaction to the segment is great too
The three stooges was a bad crossover.
However the Santino fragile box joke was gold
Reminded me of that scene from A Christmas Story
Muppets on Raw was amazing!
Piggy v Vicki and then just the start of Santinos music is amazing, there is a legit pop cause the fans knew it was gonna be comedy gold!
Can you guys do every Raw Guest Host ranked from worst to best?
This is the reason i subscribed ;)
For real that would be fantastic
They’ll do it on the eve of next years SummerFest
Sting versus Triple H should’ve been a tagteam match with RoboCop teaming with sting, and terminator teaming with triple H.
Imagine if Steve-O became a wrestler and became a tag team with Jeff Hardy
Yeah no kidding. They’d never work out together.
Steve-O got sober.
The High Flying Jackasses. (High could be a double entendre.)
Ill always remember the Walker Texas Ranger crossover for the Undertaker Vs Yokozuna rematch.
WWE x Surfs Up is the weirdest thing ever conceived by human kind

If we don’t get reviews of the;
Scooby Doo Movies
Flintstones Movie
Jetsons Movie
We Riot
Edit: Oh And let’s Chuck in the ready to rumble movie too!
And that surfing penguin sequel!
God that would be awesome hahaha. I really enjoyed those movies because they are so weird

When WCW sponsored a couple of cars in the NASCAR Busch series in the late 90s for some reason
Cuz the 90s thats why. They had cartoon network cars
Yeah... that reason was advertising.
IIRC there was a tag team of NASCAR racers during that time period, and it was implied that those two were the ones driving the WCW NASCAR cars.
Didn't WWF sponsor Sparky Plugg to race an actual car?
I'm not even gonna lie, I bought Wrestlemania Mystery only because I liked how Sin Cara looked

Did he botch in the movie?

If Sting and Robocop aren’t #1, I riot
Doesn’t mention Mark Henry as it scrolls past him 😂 2:40
The muppets song is giving the where are they now song a run for its money
Mason Ryan, Stevie Ray, Beaker, and Miss Pig-Ay.
0:18 Starting a video titled "Weirdest Wrestling Crossovers" with stock footage of a guy who looks like Kid Rock. Fitting🤣🤣

I loved the Muppets in WWE
Same here :)
I'd argue that the Bob Barker would be an Honourable mention. Thaw was some wildly weird stuff they did.
But also really hilarious
Taker delivering a pizza was awesome! I would love to see more wrestlers doing common jobs while out on injury!
If we're going by weirdness alone Poppy probably needs to be on this list
Cool to see Bowling For Soup getting a short mention at the start. They were originally meant to perform their Alexa Bliss song live at Wrestlemania but because of covid they couldn't
that band is still popular enough to be put on main stream shows
That Muppets song was honestly delightful

Nice Video. Good Job Regular Legs^^
Dude - Ultimate Warrior and Phil Collins......it was right there!!!!
Fun fact HBK also had a cameo in Baywatch back in 1996 playing generic bad guy body guard.
Cross Promotion can be a very dangerous thing. That said, I love all things Robocop.
I was waiting for Chucky 💀💀💀
The guest host era is the 2020 of Monday Night Raw it sucks, it's long and it just won't end anytime soon
Keep in mind that the B-plot to that Baywatch episode was one of the main characters developing skin cancer.
Adam singing the muppets, made my Monday.
Nothing kills Kayfabe like having the Muppets in the WWE!
I guess Aja Kong scaring Japanese idols not weird enough. Or how Okada, Naito, ect are in the Yakuza games. How did Japan lose at weird in this list?

TNA impact and repo games which both aired on spike tv (now paramount network)
Regular Legs is out here with another great list
When you brought up Baywatch, I just thought of the episode HBK had a part in, but it was just as a thug, not himself.
Plus they got dates wrong. It was bash at beach 94 not 99
For Steveo I think laughing is selling for him. I mean hes on TV laughing as an alligator damn near rips his nipple off
Can we get a piece from you on Battledome and it’s cross promotional feud with WCW?
I have disagree with you about the Muppets. I thought that was hysterical. Especially the joke against Vicki Guerrero.
Dude umaga was gonna kill Steve O 😂🤣

You SHOULD actually go and watch MaCgruber tho'...
It's friggin' hilarious!

Doesn't Kevin Federline have a pinfall victory over John Cena....?
Omg Pacitti really looks like Regular Legs

Didn't MacGruber botched the promo which he Promote Shrek 4 at the same date MacGruber premiered
