    I never liked warm tomatoes (e. g. in soups or sauces), but about a year ago I began to absolutely love them! Same with many other things I liked/disliked when I was younger

    Since I've gotten older I've started liking mushrooms again. I guess I used to like them as a baby and then all throughout my childhood and teenage years. I couldn't stand them but now I want to cook with them all the time. Kind of funny how it works

    I have to give you a HUGE THANK YOU! I have been struggling with my daughter eating for the past 3 months. Doctor said it's a normal phase for her age group. But the last 2 days since watching your vids and immediately making the food has finally gotten her to eat. The struggle has been very stressful so...THANK YOU ‼️‼️

    After I slice the bananas I add crunchy pb to the top then cover in warm chocolate. After they set they go in the freezer for a healthy dessert option. Also great to make for ppl

    I love the Zucchini taco bites😁. I have actually done that recipe but did zucchini boats instead of the medallions. Cut the zucchini the long way and scoop out the seeds bake them and fill them with the taco meat and all the fixins- absolutely delicious 😋

      I've done zucchini boats filled with spinach dip and mozzarella cheese, wrapped in bacon. Delish!

    I made a very nice keto pizza dough. Put part in a gallon freezer bag. Fingered and rolled it out to be round in bag the nice size of bag. I then froze my pizza doughs in the freezer . They stack flat. I get one out. Put it on parchment on my pizza pan , put my fillings on. Baked at 425 for 15 to 20 min or until done to ones liking. If I wanted to put on stone I still kept it on parchment and put it on stone parchment paper and all.

    New subbie here! I couldn’t stand BBQ sauce as a kid, or apple pie. Now I can tolerate BBQ sauce and I LOVE APPLE PIE. Don’t know how I loved life without it! 😂❤️

    I hated avocado for years but I wanted to like them I kept trying them. I love them and delighted I persevered. I like Brussels sprouts now but didnt as a child.

    My husband and I love a diced avocado, diced Roma tomato, 1/2 -1 juice of a lime and a little salt and pepper. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes. We will eat it as a side dish like salad.

    I have a recipe i think you would like. Take frozen cherries, dip in vanilla greek yogurt, freeze. Then dip in melted chocolate and freeze again. So good for the summer. Usea toothpick for dipping.

    I did the change of tastes with onions. I always would get upset if I had to pick out onions as a preteen. Now I will often crave onions. Especially french onion soup. 😍

    After I had my last child I started eating things I never did before. Sour cream, cream cheese especially. I eat them on alot of foods now!

    When it becomes to your taste buds. It does changes as you grow older. There are foods I didn’t like when I was same age as my daughter until 18 years old. Now that I’m 38 I love it!!! Lol. So your not alone. Everyone go through it. But always remember age is just a number. Still young at heart.😂😅

    I love the snack bowl idea! I got up and made 4 right away. Black forest ham cut in strips and rolled up, small chunks of Monterey Jack cheese, walnuts, and green grapes. It makes so much sense to prepare a bunch of healthy snacks at once! Less time getting things out and cutting up ingredients, and less dishes! Thanks for sharing, I really enjoy your meal prep videos😊

    Oh yes! I never cared for pickled cauliflower, veg., ect. Also the only thing I ever added salt to was popcorn, eggs, baked potatoes. Now I love the picked veggie and add salt to everything!

      Also you need to try your air frier on the boiled eggs. Put your eggs in 250* 16 min. Sometimes I get busy and forget about them, but when I remember I throw them in cold water. They are so easy to peal and I think the sites are softer. (Sometimes when I boil them I feel like they are rubbery).

    My taste buds changed too. I hated runny eggs and now like the over med. I also liked all meat done done. Now I eat steak med. I like creamier cheeses and more fruit now too. I like less sugary things and more natural flavors

    You might want to try making them with dehydrated bananas so they last longer, and/or completely covering them in the chocolate to last longer.

    I like do do a couple of homemade "lunchables" with cheese, deli, olives, fresh veggies and fruits to put in the fridge for lunches. I also do some "dry snackables" with nuts, crakers, cookies ect to store in the pantry. Grab one of each and you have a lunch!

    I know u did THM along time ago. I would love some Fuel Pull (low carb/low fat) Snack bowl ideas! Everything looks delicious!
    Also now that u like olives, try adding chopped green olives to your egg salad! Yum!

    Olives are great in your follicular phase! (The week or so after your period and before ovulation.) Might explain your cravings due to the hormones in your body. Totally recommend reading "In the FLO: Unlock Your Hormonal Advantage and Revolutionize Your Life" by Alisa Vitti.

    I love these snack trays. One of my boys likes to midnight snack and tends to grab things that are quick to eat, mostly junk. This would be perfect to steer him away from sugary junk foods. Thanks for sharing!!!

    I never liked bell peppers until last year. I always like the way they smelled, either raw or being cooked, but I could never stomach them. I got fajitas at a restaurant last year, and I tried one with the peppers in there, and voila. I eat them all the time now! Also, those little zucchini tacos look amazing!!

    I use Mrs. Dash garlic and herb seasoning all the time. I have been using it for years because it has no salt. It is recommended for a heart healthy diet by the Heart Institute. I never use to like peppers (bell peppers) but over the last few years I have come to love them. Still don't like the green ones though. I am going to try the avocado and egg salad it looks delicious. I don't like zucchini unless it's in brownies or cake. I have never liked zucchini though lol

    My husband always hated olives until a few years ago when they suddenly become one of his favourite foods. I don't know if it has to do with getting older and having taste buds die or just getting used to new foods.

    Yum, cream cheese, ham pickle roll ups? I love making that same recipe only with a tortilla with cream cheese with some garlic ect. I also layer ham/turkey whatever we have some cheese some spinach and some chives me and my kids love them! They wanted me to buy the kind already made at Kroger and I looked at the price and realized I could make them cheaper. So so yummy!

    Tomatoes I absolutely hated them and then when I was about 25 a friend made me crackers with fresh tomato, salt, pepper and a touch of Mayo and begged me to just try it I now eat tomatoes nearly everyday and absolutely love them.

    I had a similar experience but not with olives, it was kimchi for me. I used to not even be able to stand how it smells. Now I try to put it on everything 😂 similar situation with ketchup too.

    The same thing happened to me but with cilantro! The smallest cilantro flavor used to ruin my entire plate of food! So disgusting!! But now I smother my plate with it! I love Cilantro now
