@Nimish Sharma yes...but if you keep getting stuck in matter you have to change body constantly...that's not good idea. Duration of Universe is tremendously long ! Krishna calls - forget about this world of matter...it's lower energy; anityam asukham - temporary & full of misery ! Come back to My Vraja ! So don't waist time here...the essence of knowledge is to recognize Krishna's message. Now He calls - chant Hare Krishna mantra and come back to Me
