Both of these cars can't be compared according to my point of view. One is a 660cc, second is a 1000. Secondly you are comparing a top of the line N Wgn Custom with a simpler variant of Vitz. Anyhow, keeping the spare parts issue in mind, you should go for Vitz. Secondly, Vitz definitely has a better resale value. By better I mean will sell fast as compared to N Wgn custom.

The battery you installed is probably DL-50. 50 is model number not AH, Ah for said battery is 38AH. You can make a video on proper selection of battery and confusion among capacity and model number.

Please get its plugs checked. Change them if needed.
Also check if your car is front hit or not. That might also be a reason.
