It seems to me I always had the small lipomas. However, when my body fat percentage fell, they started showing/showing more. No one does research on lipomas which is a pity.
I have one Limpoma on my side between armpit and waist. Had it for 10 years. Went carnivore 2 years ago and the limpoma has shrunk around 50%.
I wonder is a 21 day fast will knock it our completely. How long did it take to see a difference? 2 years is a long time.
@@tcampbell2186 it’s slowly getting smaller and smaller over time. I’ve actually done a 7 day fast twice. I’m sure that helped as well.
I made once 16 day fast but there was no improvement@@tcampbell2186
Gosh , thank you for your candor!
I’d been doing carnivore since the week before Memorial Day. I didn’t fall off the wagon until thanksgiving when I had stuffing, mashed potatoes, 2 rolls and a small piece of pumpkin pie. The next day I had just 2 more rolls and decided to go back on carnivore. Just recently I noticed a hard lump right under my sternum in the middle of my chest right above my stomach. It’s bothersome and I have to say, I’m freaking out a little bit. I saw another video on lipomas and it said to rub castor oil and frankincense oil on it which will help to diminish the lipoma. I’m going to try that, but your video made me realize that I need to remain consistent. I’m still not sure what that hard lump is. I’ve watched other videos and most people seem to get them on their backs and legs and arms. Haven’t heard too many people say they got one right under the sternum in the middle of their body. I will try to remain on the carnivore and rub the castor oil to see if it gets smaller. I hope so because any lump on my body makes me really nervous. 🙏🏻🤞
You're not alone. I have about 3 right in that area and have already had one surgically removed. It seems like if you do surgery to get them removed they usually just come back so its basically pointless.
thank you for being so open and sharing your experience. I follow you on Instagram also and your little boys are so cuuuute
Thank you for this video!
you are welcome
I had three limpomas. One small one on the middle of my back, one large one on my stomach, and one large on my shoulder. All were removed in surgical procedures by doctors. I had the one on my stomach removed first. The shoulder and back were also removed a few years by surgical procedures.
Did you try to stop eating carbohydrates?
The only fruit you should eat on keto or carnivore are berries
My lipoma has shrunk since I started Keto and now working with Paleomedicina. I’m hoping my skin tag will also disappear. Thank you for your videos! I’d like to talk to people who have worked with Paleomedicina. I’m very hopeful.
Please give more Info to Paleomedicina ? i am so frustred
Use castor oil for the skin tags… and the lipomas.
That’s the problem with keto. You stay addicted to sweets. After a while on carnivore, that addiction goes away. Don’t be hard on yourself because as long as you get back in, eventually, you will kick the addiction on carnivore.
You are absolutely fabulous. What stores do you do your grocery shopping at? Do you stock up on water? Can you possibly do some in store grocery shopping videos? It would be awesome if you could show how you do your full shopping
Great idea! I buy from butcher box and fairway.
I'd love to see an update if you do manage to shrink it or the lipoma goes away. Thank you!
Yeah so we know she’s the real deal. I want to see her elbow now.
@@tcampbell2186She said she did an updated video on another Comment I just saw.
🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation:
00:57 *🥩 Transitioning into ketosis on a carnivore diet can be challenging, especially maintaining consistency over time.*
03:00 *🍏 Lipomas, benign tumors, can appear or disappear based on dietary changes, particularly in response to carbohydrate consumption.*
05:17 *🚫 Fluctuating between periods of carnivore diet and overeating carbohydrates can lead to lipoma development due to body's response to dietary inconsistency.*

Question: why even have the fruit? I'm Ketovore and almost never have fruit~and never apples/bananas, only berries. Edit: nursing~👍
yup! oh i am going to meat only, when off nursing, i am at my best when eating meat and fat only.
I'm pretty certain that this is bursitis not a lipoma.
yes you were right. i found out when i went to the doctor.
I have a lipoma on right side of my back from last 5 years, I tried all the traditional medicine it’s not working
I have a rather large lipoma on the inside I’d one of my thighs. I developed it during a round of prednisone. I also had a MRI done a while ago and I was told I had some cyst in my mandible. I wonder if that’s related and if it will go away on carnivore?
I
found your channel. Looking for some information on nausea. I’m only on day four and my nausea today was horrible. My doctor prescribed promethazine for me. Hopefully, it won’t last long!
Can you do a video on Carnivore Insomnia please?
yes, it's coming
You need carbs.
I had to quit Carnivore because of this, gained the weight back plus more & lost all of the health benefits. All efforts to deal with the severe insomnia failed, including adding some carbs in, in the evenings. I want to try again….
@@pbmc_ Thank you
this is not the case for me. I was eating a standard diet and then i decided to carnivore and I haven't had a carb since Feb 24, 2024. I did not struggle stopping carbs at all so your theory isn't correct.
Anyway, now i've now got lipomas on my biggest and second biggest toe all of a sudden out of the blue. prior to carnivore I had lipoma on my left ankle bone and on the top of my ankle which are still there but now i've got these new ones on my toes.and they are quite big actually. Hopefully they go away. I started carnivore to improve my health but it seems that nothing is improving at all and in some areas its getting worse.
I just love you clowns that pretend your doing carnivore properly and when you finally reveal how you eat it’s like a bucket of chemicals and then you whine that it’s not working. Either that you just straight out lie. Somehow or other your just dishonest.
Bursitis induced by dumping oxalates on carnivore diet, just need to introduce some fruits low in oxalates daily to make things better and progressively reduce them up to 0. Normally people shouldn’t start 100% carnivore diet from high oxalates diet. It should be progressive
Do you still have this?
I am now 4 years ketovore with intermittent fasting (one meal a day). I also do longer 3 to 5 day fasts on occasion. A couple years I had a sebaceous cyst that was bothering me. I read in a blog post that an extended water fast (14 or more days) can induce a much deeper level of autophagy where your body literally eats sebaceous cysts and lipomas.
I did an extended water fast (with electrolytes) to see if it would actually work for me. Nothing really noticeable happened for the first 10 days. However, the cyst shrank and disappeared from days 10 to 14. I ended the fast at 14 days with no problems or re-occurrence. I also had a had a lifelong mole on my arm that unexpectedly disappeared along with the cyst.
In my case I lost 22 pounds during the fast and quickly recovered about 10 pounds of water weight loss in the days after the fast for a net weight loss of 12 pounds.
It would be a great video to see you get rid of your lipoma with an extended water only fast (with electrolytes).
i have a video with an update. Some lipomas went away, one i cut out and the one on the elbow turned out to be something else.
@@CarnivoreCoachSylviagood!
@@CarnivoreCoachSylvia did you water fast ? did they go away> I am really thinking about grape or water fasting. I do have many lipomas :(
I have had one on my jaw since I was a kid. I hope it goes away or reduces in size. Maybe I haven't stuck to carnivore long enough.
I have the same thing! I’ve had it since I was 17 but it only grew in significant size 4 years ago after two pregnancies.
Did you have any results since you commented this???
@gabriellafaithmckenzie I have two lipomas, one on my back and one on my neck. Neither one are terribly obvious to other people, but they bother the hell out of me. I have done a ton of research on how to get rid of them, as I am self-employed and I don't want to pay thousands of dollars to have them surgically removed. I am on the carnivore diet and they seem to be slowly diminishing, although it is hard to tell. I have put castor oil and frankincense oil on them, but I am dubious as to how much this will help. I have been taking zeolite to cleanse my liver and body of toxins. I have also been taking L-Carnitine, as some people report that gets rid of lipomas. I am also beginning to supplement with heavy doses of phosphatidylcholine, as this is the same substance they inject into lipomas when they remove them through injection lipolysis. The phosphatidylcholine works to dissolve the fat that makes up the lipoma. Lastly, there is a topical cream called 'Mesoderm' (available on Amazon) that contains both phosphatidylcholine and sodium deoxycholate, the exact same ingredients they inject through injection lipolysis.
I got my first one after being Carnivore for about a year :(
sorry to hear that! I still have mine, considering just to cut it out.
@@CarnivoreCoachSylvia Many times they just come right back after surgery to cut them out!!! So it's kind of useless.
I have a big one where yours was, a little on top of the elbow when bent.
I hated them, i am glad i got rid of them.
@@CarnivoreCoachSylvia any recommendations to help? I don't want surgery and to be on a diet lol
@@PovElijah My small ones went away on carnivore. the big one on my shoulder I ended up having removed surgically, was really big - i have another video about it. And the one on the elbow turned out to be inflamed bursa
Lipoma,s never go away, only with surgery.
I am 56 years and when i wass 12 years when i get my first one.
Now i have 40+ lipoma,s
Also it has nothing to do with if your overweight ore not.
I was a skinny boy.
You are also skinny and still have the lipoma. So just go to surgery and be done with it.
The real problem is cel mutation. A cel should stop at a normal size and this cel keeps growing. Thats all there is.
it turned out to be a inflammation of bursa, which was connected to my RA. I did have a surgery. There was one other one on my shoulder that was a true lipoma, and I had it cut out as well - big relief.
You're not a doctor or nutritionist. It's all guessing.
With them it’s even MORE guessing

You need to get the lump checked to make sure it is not something more sinister such as a sarcoma!!!!!!!!!’

My husband had one there and he got it removed at the dermatologist.
Many of my clients develop lumps that look like lipoma, in all kind of places. Some of it i am convinced is caused by bouts of inflammation.
