Lo del porcentaje del STB se hace al obtener un nivel 7 y jugar solo en el modo de clasificación. Y desde ahí puede desarrollar el resto de niveles, pero tengo entendido que eso no le agrada a wargaming y puede llegar a bloquear la cuenta de quien hace eso.

What is wg thinking giving stb 11 degree of gun depression, should be max 8 degree, while wz121 is rotting in corner with the worst dpm worst accuracy it even has less pen compare to other medium tanks, and also limited to 6 degree of gun depression with a long hull extending out.

wdym by "121 has worst DPM?"
it literally has 3440 with rammer and 100% crew, it's not bad at all and you can even increase it with tungsten shells

I don't think you're accounting for the fact the WZ-121 has 3400 dpm WHILE having 420 alpha as a medium, what makes the tank's gun incredible isn't the dispersion values but the fact the thing aims in a bare 2 seconds, so any dispersion below 350 for a tank that is fully aimed in 90% of the time would make it incredibly accurate..and its alpha just eats off most mediums and heavies hp for breakfast. Lets not forget the fact this thing outdpms most mediums when running tungsten and adrenaline as well
