Usually if you can grow a nice beard you can make up for it. One of the factors of male pattern baldness is present in the X chromosome (you get it from your mother). So if your mother's dad (maternal grandfather) has hair till late, you will have a better chance at not developing MPB.
Kinda hard to shave my head when its all gone anyway because of painful scaring alopecia and severe eczema on my scalp for 22 years and it looks like I have a permanent chemical burn on my scalp grrrrrr
Half an hour before you shave use baby lotion to moisturise the head and use facial scrub on the head . Rinse the head and than go for the wet shave 🪒 against the grain . I stopped getting burns . I shave again the grain and don’t get any razor burns . After, I rinse with warm water and than I use cold water to close the pores. Pat down with a towel and moisturise again and add some sun tan lotion on the noggings to protect your head. Stay safe .
I am one of the few that absolutely cannot pull off being bald. Ive done it by choice. If I lose my hair I guess I will just had to get real fit. Lol! Should do that anyways.

Story. I’m still trying to accept it at 69. It’s been since 35-40 my balding was noticeable. I just began to not except the hair only on sides and back. I looked like a clown. I did start cutting it shorter and shorter. It has taken the pandemic to make me buy the equipment like clippers. I do feel freer but sometimes I feel weird LDS about having to shave so often so I let it grow for 10-14 days. But now I hate any other length. I feel it looks unkempt and “dirty”. But I still have the struggle with having to shave so often. I wasn’t careful today and cut my scalp. The world didn’t stop. It doesn’t feel good but it will heal quickly. The other thing is liking going to the barber and having someone else take care of it- even though I felt they never supported going shorter and shorter. That’s my story. It is such a process. Glad you’re handling it at a young age.
had long one too and lost it all in 2 months plus eyebrows and beard.. they numbed my feelings with antidepressants so i wouldnt feel a thing. this has to be rock bottom
@SmokingDead Thank you for sharing your story. Out of curiosity, would you consider scalp micropigmentation? Some of the results online look pretty decent
I have been thinking about it but I see a lot of results where it does not look natural at all The hairline is too straight and it looks fake Also what happens if for some reason I cant shave my head for a week? It will look soooo weird
@@IssaG0ld Yes very true. Some do look quite fake. It is important to find a good technician for the treatment. I went to a couple of smp clinics a long while ago (2 years ago). Both owners of the clinics had SMP done on themselves. The first one was not good at all. In fact the owner still wore a hat and only took it off briefly because i asked to take a look. It looked terrible. No wonder he kept wearing a hat. Did not inspire my confidence at all. I walked away thinking SMP was not fit for purpose. However, after seeing a second clinic I was very impressed. Again the owner had SMP on his head and it looked absolutely flawless and undetectable. It shows just how important it is to find a good SMP technician.
Nathan im 16 aswell and it’s badass being bald and young, it only adds character and makes you unique. If you just accept it, own it and be proud of yourself you’ll learn to love it
Flaviu Andrei look Flaviu, once you find that spark of confidence in yourself you’ll realize you’re better off without the transplant. You’re a badass, atleast that exists somewhere within in you. Whats your hobbies? What are you good at and what do you want to master in life? Life is rough, so be the man that you are and accept it, and face it.
I just loss hair in the right side in my head in a small area is affected since early by 26 years old, well i have full of hair but only in that right side is missing, i have long hair but im 31 and i don't have hair loss in the left side or the crown, only in the right side, i still don't know.
ponytails but i notice that problem when i was with long hair but unable to do the ponytails at that moment because sometimes i cut my hair myself, but that was month after 26 birthday, now as 31 years old and the problem still there, i never seems someone with the same problem.
I’m 21 years old, and I’m started balding in 19. I’m depressed every time, because I look awful with my amount of hair. Girls don’t have Interest in me, some girls even saying me they don’t like bald guys. self-esteem and confidence is very low, and I have not been with a girl for 2 years. I’m taking pills and do procedures to stop hair loss, but it is not effective. And I’m not confident enough to cut my hair and go bald...
Are you still in touch with Cesar? Love to see more videos of him, maybe showing how he shaves his head so good. Can you ask him? Looks great, by the way.
Sorry man . I remember experiencing unexpected hair loss lost like the entire right side of my hairline and I was heading towards a NW2 A soon then I started doing research and looked at remedies that the ancient would use such as black seed oil coconut oil Ancient Greek oil eggs milk Mayo all on hair and no it won’t bring back your hair follicles that fell off already but the ones that are still there will thicken quick and when your hair is fully wet you’ll notice improvement in scalp visibility now I got a hair transplant and I’m 5 months in and I look 21 again . Don’t lose hope for those of you who do not want to shave feed your hair with the proper nutrients and preserve your hair I also would like to add I take about 2mg of finasteride every week max no more than 2mg dosage with the oils and your hair will thank you
Even your grandpa’s grandpa can be a factor for that. The genes just must be there in the pool. They were not activated for your father and his father probably but they were there.
Heading there and I'm 24, but I knew about it since a kid. I decided to do something crazy and went blond before I cut it.. well not yet but i will after this summer! lol
Not worth it unless u want to spend money for low libido, lower testosterone, lower energy, higher estrogen levels, gyno, more body fat, depression all just to maintain what hair u have left, delay the inevitable and still go bald eventually whilst maintaining the side effects, having an empty wallet, regretting your decision later and shaving ur head anyways
I'm 21 and you can look at my hair in my profile picture that is when I was 19, now i have lost a lot of my hairline and it fucking hurts my self esteem. Feels like being the unlickest in everyway. Fuck it man
That sounds hard. Losing hair can really blow up the confidence. I‘m 22 and still have lot if hair and no hair loss so far, but I have temples and hair genetics in my family isn’t the best. So it can happen at any time to me too I guess.
Ceasar, you look fantastic with the shaved head. When I first started shaving my head I was using the cheap disposable razors and would get razor burns and cuts. I spent more money and bought a better razor (mach 3) and use a shaving cream (not gel), now I don't have a problem. Love your positive attitude too!
Since this is a sharing post I'll tell story/dilemma (summarised) Started losing hair at 21 I was probably losing hair before but it became visible then, just on the sides. I shaved my head to see what I'd look like bald, I never wanted to be the guy that holds on to it for too long and get a desperate. Always thought if you get some muscle and lil facial hair you have the 90s action hero look lool. + I still have enough hair today (25years old) To cover it up where you can't really tell. What I noticed was the problem, I had minor skin ridges on my right side of the scalp like actor Terry crews 😨 and when I woke up in the morning I looked like that ufc fighter "big foot Silva" since sleeping on it makes it more visible. So here is the dilemma. I don't mind per say being bald but after research and finding out that realistically my only options are to get plastic surgery on my scalp by removing excess skin. This would mean that my hair pattern will be messed up for ever in a sense. Therefore since stem cell research apparently my solve the balding issue within the approximate 5 years (maybe), I wouldn't want to mess up my head and go through all thay effort when I could of just waited 5 years. Atm I'm just longing the bald head to see what I can do however if it gets to the point of no return I'll have to call it a day and just > shave> surgery > light smp treatment to make the scar less visible and give a visible hairline that might have got messed up.
Hey man, any idea what causes the skin folds? Are you in shape? (Not overweight) and I mean not to offend by that question. Also I highly recommend you don’t bank on the stem cells curing baldness. I used to work for a company that dealt with stem cells. They became popular in the early 2000’s. Do they have applications? Yes. Are they the magic cure all like they were promised to be? No. You might think your skin folds are unsightly but the in reality no one will actually care. No stranger will point them out or ask you about it or even give it any thought. Don’t let those small things hold you back. I’d use that money to develop yourself professionally, start a small business etc.
@@Baldcafe thank you I appreciate that. I assume that my folds were a result of a growth spurt I had at 17 combined with braids. I remember the day I buzzcut my hair and noticed these lines I never paid much attention to it personally since I thought they would go. I wish weight was the problem unfortunately I'm in pretty good shape. The condition is called Cutis verticis gyrataI I believe. Obviously is very mild in comparisons to those Google pictures. Problem is I used to model so this might make a things a lil tricky but oh well time to use that degree🤣😂 . I appreciate the response about stem cells really put things into perspective.
I’m 25 with a receding hairline. I have no loss on my crown at this point, just the hairline falling back into a dramatic widows peak. It’s still fairly thick, but I know from seeing pictures of my dad when he was my age, we have an identical hair loss pattern. My dad just turned 59 and his hair is incredibly thin on the top. You can probably count the hairs if you really want to. I am certain that I will have the same hair when I’m his age, and perhaps even before. I don’t want to let mine just fall out like he did; I want to shave it when the time comes. This video is probably going to help me with that.
I'm 24 and i have been dealing with hair loss for a few years now. Its mainly on my crown, my hairline is still good. I have started using finasteride(an FDA approved hair loss medication that stops the production of DHT systemically) hair loss is extremely hard to cope with especially when you are in your 20s. But not everyone has to just give in to nature. I mean in all honesty balding is natural, but that doesn't mean you should give up this noble fight against hair loss.
U both look goods ..anyway u can even try a SMP to "fake" the stubble and give the illusion " 2 youtself First" to have baby hairs....i m in the same situation .. i m a norwood5 and i m 39 😊...have had dreadlocks for a long while .so u can Imagine was traumatic for me as well....😊
Well you look great bald! Good looking guy Grow a little facial hair just a tiny bit and you will look like a x-games sportsman really cool man 💯💯💯 Like Dave Mirra, his look was always fresh as fire 👏
Here' a main theme of this channel; nobody, including the host knows very much about hair loss itself and the medication to treat it. The education is just so poor it's mind blowing videos are actually being made. Very poor representation of alleged knowledge of androgenic alopecia.
h wood And you haven’t even understood the fundamental purpose of the channel, which takes an extra amount of stupidity to miss. The purpose is to give confidence to those who are bald or in the process of going bald, a process that can strengthen and improve you in many ways once you have the right mindset. The purpose isn’t to make you hide your baldness with some unnatural toupee, expensive and often failing transplant or some secret potion. Be a man about it and accept it, covering baldness up rarely works well.
@@wille6788 I understand it, I just think it's dull in premise. Basically doing the "just shave it bro!" is stupid, speaking of which. Opposing that stupidity, having a thorough knowledge of alopecia, giving all the options, the pros n cons if you will, and then presenting a- decide which one is for you, but I lean towards shaving it for this reason or that reason is a better approach. Rather than presenting misinformation, and the old replacing one bias for another bias, which is what most people who say "Just shave it bro!!!!!" do. But good try.
h wood There are those who are balding and can’t reverse it, therefore having no option but to deal with that bitter fact. If you want medical advice you should initially seek a doctor where you’ll be given the option try some wacky procedure, the percentage of lasting success, if any at all, is low. You’ll likely leave there with no fix and a head continueing to go bald. And what can you do at that point? Harry is no doctor, he’s simply giving inspiration for the bald look to those who have reached that point of no return. He’s done it efficiently through building a community where experiences are being shared showing the positivity of being bald.
@@wille6788 I still stand by my post. And I do understand that having the part you are talking about is a good thing, if incomplete. As for doctors, they generally know very little. But as a matter of pointing out how little a lay person knows, nearly any doctor will not tell you to get a transplant, ever. When a surgeon will tell you to take finasteride for a year before doing so, and that's if you're a candidate. You're better off doing your own research, fairly extensively, then going to see a derm after, if you deem fit. And why would you not, the fact for most of us is going bald is a big deal, so why not know your options competently. It's such a big deal that the hair loss industry is nearly five billion every year, and even small channels like this can gain a following. And this channel is just an offchute of being distressed about balding and ultimately taking out the razor and trying to move on. And even that's in question, because you're "moving on" while watching videos about life as a cueball. Everybody deals with it in their own way, I just think education is key. Because some young guys will think this is all there is when watching this, and regret it later when it's too late, when in reality there are many options.
h wood You’re expecting specific advice from someone who never claimed to give that advice. Harry’s focus is on those who’ve already reached a conclusion that there just is no procedure that can put hair onto their hairless head. Perhaps they’ve also realized that they don’t want too. Then what? Sure, theres a bias on this channel that you rather should go bald than to stress about expensive operations likely to fail, and the motivation to why is given. Let’s be honest, success rate of transplants? low, times when it doesnt look horribly unnatural? Few. The hairloss industry is huge because people buy into lies. Harry himself didnt go that path, so why should he speak about it? Instead he’s sharing what he believes is the best approach. Once you realize the beauty of a bald head it’s a waste of struggle and money. You dont agree, but many do, and they’ll seek channels like these for inspiration. Big part of the audience are non balding people who want to take on the look. Others are already bald who feel more confident seeing others rocking it. If you despise the bald look, fine, put on your wig.
It's actually testosterone that causes hair loss. Hence the reason men tend to go bald, and not women. It's actually an allergic reaction to testosterone.

How do you feel about sharing your story? Hit me up with a DM on instagram maybe @baldcafe best of luck man.
Many people forget minoxidil causes shedding phases.
Thank you for sharing your story Cesar!
That the number one thing women. Your worried about how people view you, especially women. I never had this issue. I started focusing on developing and graphic design, digital marketing to avoid the problem. Traumatic bro. Keep this going.
KPHORCE Yeah I mentioned this in my ebook too. You’ve just got to start trying to excel in other areas of your life. If you are happy with other things then you will worry much less about the hair loss.
I never had this issue too before and after balding because I never met a girl lol and I pretty much don't care what they think, life is short, I will enjoy this as much as I can, not following the addictions most people have, drugs, alcohol, women, sex..... Life is so much more!
You look great, man! Thanks for sharing your story. Even though I shave my head, it helps ultimately hear other people’s csot

@SmokingDead Thank you for sharing your story.
Out of curiosity, would you consider scalp micropigmentation? Some of the results online look pretty decent
I have been thinking about it but I see a lot of results where it does not look natural at all
The hairline is too straight and it looks fake
Also what happens if for some reason I cant shave my head for a week?

Is it longer to be tied? If so, it must be traction.
I don't know how to explain it but is something like this (IIIII+III I) when i swing my hair in both side.
@@junidelgadocolon-elchicogamer I guess I got it. But do you tie your hair in ponytails or buns? It can be the problem...
ponytails but i notice that problem when i was with long hair but unable to do the ponytails at that moment because sometimes i cut my hair myself, but that was month after 26 birthday, now as 31 years old and the problem still there, i never seems someone with the same problem.
the same with me.

Terrible...
Admiral Vegeta I wanna warn you, don’t do that shit it fucks u up more.
Would never touch it. Absolutely no need to even take the risk. However small it might be.
What about minoxidil?
I'm 21 and you can look at my hair in my profile picture that is when I was 19, now i have lost a lot of my hairline and it fucking hurts my self esteem. Feels like being the unlickest in everyway. Fuck it man
That sounds hard. Losing hair can really blow up the confidence. I‘m 22 and still have lot if hair and no hair loss so far, but I have temples and hair genetics in my family isn’t the best. So it can happen at any time to me too I guess.
That guy looks like hitman - game character; I like it.
Since this is a sharing post I'll tell story/dilemma (summarised)
Started losing hair at 21 I was probably losing hair before but it became visible then, just on the sides.
What would you do?
Btw the ridges are not on my skull but are simply skin folds, I look like a shar pei dog basically 😂
If you look up side effects for anything and think you’ll get the worst of them you’re going to freak out lol
A mud mask may help with the head pimples
S Taylor I haven’t heard that one before. Thanks for the tip

Caesar get a beard bro, your head is too big and white.
Who farted? 20:14

I think he just liked the bald look from the start. But yea the kid suits being bald much better than that mop.
That must have been a shock... are there any reason for this rapid hairloss? Like annoying girl friend, female boss or not enough testosterone?
Haha no annoying girlfriend, my mom’s dad lost all his hair in his 20s
It's actually testosterone that causes hair loss. Hence the reason men tend to go bald, and not women. It's actually an allergic reaction to testosterone.
