Guys , u may not lose Belly fat in 2 weeks as everyone have different metabolisms , ur best in the form that u were and are !! So excercise to be healthy but not to lose fat , if u do excercise for ur health but not for lossing fat then fat will reduce gradually, so don't become depressed if ur not losing !! Your the best in the way you are and were !!
OMG Emi! I'm 56 & have been so sore in my shoulders & back for about a week from being idle, then working in my yard. i have been taking more pain & muscle relievers than usual for chronic low back pain & a failed knee replacement in my right knee. After following this stretch video my shoulders, neck and back feel so much better...thank you! I'm close to tears because I was in so much pain, could barely get to sleep & didn't think I could do this. I know I'll be able to sleep! I'll be doing this stretch every day now until I can graduate to more advanced stretches. My cats are curious but they won't get in my way to better health. Exactly. I felt it was too rushed for me to feel any of the stretches. Felt like I just kept changing positions throughout the session. 20 seconds is a really short time but yes definitely it was a good set of exercises

I might be late with my comment but I don't think it matters. I found this video last year and have been doing this routine at least a week. It's especally effective when I do it before or after my period since I likely to have pain everywhere in my body. It stretch truly has a healing power.

Emi, I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your existence!! Because of you, my life has changed for the BEST, for as long as I stayed committed to myself. I found these stretches during an extremely low period in my life that turned out to be a total spiritual awakening/ life transformation & the best days of my new life. I have incorporated these stretches into my daily routine for the past five months. Hands down, these stretches have been my savior! They 100% are effective & didn’t know just how important they are to the mind/body!! I used to be in a lot of pain with inflammation and have reduced the pain to almost non existent. I couple these stretches with low impact exercises/yoga, diet change, and meditation 🧘 Total game changer!!! ❤️

I started Emi's back and thigh workouts just two days ago and my legs became sore, really stoked that they are working, but these stretches helped me a lot. I'm gonna do them for a couple more days and get back to my workout after these sore muscles go away.
I started working out about a week ago (thanks to the pandemic) and my muscles used to be so sore after my workouts. Even after I stretched I could still feel the pain days after I worked out, but your stretch routine is completely different and actually really helped relieve muscle pain. THANK YOU!

This is my favorite post workout stretch. I workout 3-5 days a week and I do this stretch after I workout. It’s the best stretch routine. It relax my mind and body at the same time😊 I have a chronic pain in my neck and shoulders and this helps to loosen my tight muscles really well! Thank you Emi!

Honestly this helps so much with me bloating, I have gastritis and I get bloated almost every single night and when I woke up, I started doing this in the morning and boom my bloating is gone

Been doing the 30 minute full body workout for 2 weeks and seeing results. I'm 52 and have gotten chubby from lack of exercise. I started doing your videos back in October. I did the love handle video every day and started to see results. Since then I've moved on to your other videos and combined it with walking and eating right. I am now over 30 pounds lighter. All my clothes fit and for the first time it's not so much about weight loss as it is seeing definition. I'm 5'4 and currently weigh 132 pounds. You've inspired me to share my story and to thank you. It's really as easy as just 10 minutes a day and its made all the difference in my life.
In case anyone wanted an update- I still do Emi's videos. I've kept the weight off and now I work out 5 times a day. Its one of my favorite things to look forward to and I cant thank you enough.

This is my favorite post workout stretch. I workout 3-5 days a week and I do this stretch after I workout. It’s the best stretch routine. It relax my mind and body at the same time😊 I have a chronic pain in my neck and shoulders and this helps to loosen my tight muscles really well! Thank you Emi!

I loved this exercise! I will try to do it every day because it is not always that we can do workouts and it is a way to maintain the body in movement and relax it at the same time.

I was just really unmotivated today and didn’t wanna spend 20 Minutes on “just stretching” but this was the best thing to do right now and I feel so much better after finishing stretching. It’s worth it, thank you Emi!

Been doing the 30 minute full body workout for 2 weeks and seeing results. I'm 52 and have gotten chubby from lack of exercise. The weight is coming off and I'm feeling much better after working out with you Emily! This last week I have been doing the 20 minute stretch after my workout and it really is the key to finishing my day with no pain and feeling great! Yeay I did it, I finished all the 4 weeks program. I don't know how much my weightloss tho, cuz I've never weighed it, but my body got slimmer and tighter and I feel more condfidence. Thank you emy, for making this 4 weeks program. I'm going to make workout as my lifestyle and daily routine.

Just discovered you last month😍 by doing your 30-45 min exercise 2 per week + one 10 min 1 per week I was able to lose 3 kg in a month. I am also checking my diet tho, but eating basically anything. I love your workouts♥

I started doing your videos back in October. I did the love handle video every day and started to see results. Since then I've moved on to your other videos and combined it with walking and eating right. I am now over 30 pounds lighter. All my clothes fit and for the first time it's not so much about weight loss as it is seeing definition. I'm 5'4 and currently weigh 132 pounds. You've inspired me to share my story and to thank you. It's really as easy as just 10 minutes a day and its made all the difference in my life.
In case anyone wanted an update- I still do Emi's videos. I've kept the weight off and now I work out 5 times a day. Its one of my favorite things to look forward to and I cant thank you enough.
