Gingiva wont grow higher than a certain point above the bone (dont know the exact numbers sorry) and therefore you miss some thickness in the gingiva and a high chance of creating a black triangle which the patient may come back for. The higher contact looks great looking to the other teeth, but ive done it this way and a lower contact point is better to get rid of the black triangle.

Здравствуйте, умоляю подскажите пожалуйста: из-за чего пульпа портится, а зуб не на что не реагирует ни на температуру ни на "вкусовые сигналы". т.е. эмаль целая, а пульпа полностью портится внутри без симптомов , почему так? А до этого доктор говорил, что всё норм, а потом я пришла оказывается надо нерв удалять т. к. зуб сильно испорчен. Вот я живу, хожу на осмотры, докотра, как обычно говорят норм, а ведь где-то может пульпа пропадает, а я как всегда ничего не знаю об этом. ЧТО ЭТО?
