Bishop Campbell was a dynamic, energetic, and effective minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He was a highly qualified motivational speaker and is the Pastor of St. James Ministries - Church of God in Christ in Chicago, Illinois.
In 2009, Pastor Campbell was appointed by the Presiding Bishop, Charles E. Blake, and the General Board of the Church of God in Christ to the office of the President of the Department of Evangelism. Several years subsequent of this appointment, under that same presiding authority, he was recommended and promoted to the designation of Bishop.

I was literally in the audience. During TN 4th Jurisdictional meetings and Workers Meetings, he was always the Friday night speaker! Bishop was the Tuesday night speaker, because it was Bountiful Blessings normal weekday church night. Thanks for the memories 🔥
