Shri Krishna taught this to gopis while snatching away their clothes when they were bathing in Yamuna jee naked. He said, "Pavan dev saw you, Jal-dev saw you, let the people even see you". He was just 7 years old that time. So maryada is what Shri Krishna taught. Its good to be a devotee but one must also inculcate his virtues. Hare Krishna!🙏
