Keep practicing those parts and you will beat it don't worry. Also, use practice mode and go to the parts in the song that you struggle with and slow it down. It will help you understand those parts more and accomplish them in the future!

As long as you have video syncing enabled, it should go to your phone automatically. If it still doesn’t work then you might have to sync it yourself from on the vr by going to your gallery or the video might be too long to sync
